Staff was pleasant and efficient. Everything was clean. Quiet. Convenient to the Tri-Cities airport, which is right down the road and 6 minutes away. Convenient to major highway. Best part is there is a Cracker Barrel store/restaurant in literally the next parking lot (and a Wendy's on the other side, as well). Perfect for a business trip.

Pros: Room is clean.
Cons: Breakfast
Room is clean and hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with two doubel beds, the beds are probably full sized beds, beddings are clean and confortable. Bathroom only have shower and toilet, sink is outside near the entrance. The breakfast is only so so, no meat, the only hot item is make-your-own waffle.

Pros: Location
Dogs barking, couples fighting, weed being smoked and filling hallways, bad coffee, and staff didn't seem to care

Very pleasant staff, convenient to trim city airport. Good place for a quick business trip. Basically clean and comfortable. Spacious room.

It was a bed to sleep...

The front desk attendant wasn't just unfriendly, he was rude. The room was non smoking but reeked of smoke and generally felt old and dirty. The whole short experience was disappointing but served its purpose as we had a place to stay. Beyond that, would never return.

Nice hotel near Bristol Motor Speedway

Pros: Proximity to Speedway.
Cons: Hot options for breakfast.
Location: Cracker Barrel, Wendy's, Krystal, and a convenience store are all within walking distance.
Nice accommodations for the price. Clean, modern rooms. Nice staff who were easy to work with. Breakfast was marginal - all cold options except for waffles, which were difficult to get to on a busy weekend.
