My family and myself were very disappointed with this stay. Staff was rude and charged me a $30 charge for my service dog and refused to give me a refund once I reminded them they are not allowed by law to add any fees once I show my service dog documentation. This was the second stay at this property for myself and my family. The first stay was amazing with great customer service so I was very surprised for the way we were treated on this stay

First time a Hotel/Motel has contacted me at 3pm the day of arrival for payment. Check in was from 3pm till 12 pm. I was traveling and was to arrive around 7. Was told they couldn't hold room without payment at 3. Inconvenience due to driving at the time.

The room was dirty. Dirty bathroom. Toilet had not been cleaned, hair on the bathroom floor, stained and dirty tub. Floors were very dirty! We paid $200 a night for this room and that was way too much!!!

Only complaint I really had is the ice machine in the 2nd building where we stayed didn't work and we had to go to the other building for ice. The free breakfast was pretty decent.

When you check in they Place an additional hold on your credit card of $100 for “ incidentals”. Which will be returned to you after 3-5 business days. The price on line is reasonable but why charge such an exorbitant amount for incidental ? This should be listed when you’re reserving the room.

Good for the price; could be cleaner
The location is convenient and easy to get to. The lady on duty at check-in was very friendly and the process was quick and smooth. The rooms were conveniently located on the bottom floor corner and we were able to park, literally in front of our rooms. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been. There was a scary yellow stain on the sheet/blanket in our sons' room that did not leave us comfortable. Unfortunately it was not noticed until after sleeping on the bed the night before. Odd hairs left around the bathroom from prior guests are gross. The free breakfast was a highlight, very nice, clean, stocked well and had an adequate variety. The food was being constantly watched and attended to by the on-duty staff.

The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the choices for breakfast. I was hoping for a bagel or English muffin and a banana. They only have bread for toast, a waffle maker, 2 types of cereal and the hot bar is eggs and sausage. There were mandarins and a few apples. Other than that, it was cheap, clean and east in and out.

I checked in on Saturday 9/30.According to the receipt, the person was jrhoad...a Super friendly guy. I was in town for my 60th h8gh school reunion being held at the Cracker Barrell located next door. When I told that to J, he was so nice to talk about it with me. I had the complimentary breakfast...again J was there. He kept the breakfast bar stocked and asked how my reunion was. He seemed really interested. The only complaint I have is not being able to watch the SEC channel for the Tennessee/South Carolina game...I had to go to a bar in Johnson City, which wasn't a terrible thing. Overall, it was an Awesome experience. Thank You jrhoad!

Got a room and he said it was newly renovated. Ha!! Was horrified. Dirty, had cockroaches in it. Went down and complained. He showed us another room. It was dirty too. Smelled like it had just been fumigated. Left the hotel. Asked for my money back from hotels.com( I’d used my points). Would not refund my points or any money. Not happy. Won’t use again or stay at any hotel by the Quality Inn.

Arrived at 3:30 pm...checkin at 3. Nice man at front desk said room not clean yet..come back about 5:30, but gave me keycards. Came back at 7 pm. Door to room ajar. Dirty bedding piled in floor, beer cans everywhere.room filthy. No cleaning staff to be seen anywhere. Front desk agent still nice despite my obvious anger and frustration. Said didnt know when the room would be clean, and there were no more rooms...ANYwhere (NASCAR race weekend). i insisted on refund. Still nice agent gave me mgrs card and told me to call mgr next day. Drove over 3 hours to come back home. Hotels.com is securing my refund. Give them 5 stars for service. Front desk agent 5 stars for courtesy. Quality Inn I 26, Johnson City, TN 0 stars

Checked in late night was easy and simple . The room smelled of chemicals and thier was mold around shower door . Morning breakfast was not much to select from with eggs being hard not edible .

We was very unhappy with our stay! My husband broke out in a rash after laying on the bed, we killed several roaches, there was blood stains on the blanket, and it was extremely loud all night long. People was hanging out in the parking lot and in front of our room all night drinking and playing loud music. When I contacted the front desk about it all I was told is “sorry I can’t give you a refund “ and the guy just shrugged me off like I didn’t matter. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

The room was very small, the bed was comfortable. The fitness room was a absolute joke. The free breakfast was marginal at best. I will not stay in another quality hotel I do not know how this property received the ranking it did.

Everything was fine except the bathroom. The bath faucet was leaking, and the bathtub needed to be regrouted. Holes left in the wall where the old curtain rods were placed. Needed repainting. Sad... because in four-five hours a man could have it looking great.
