Arrived at 3:30 pm...checkin at 3. Nice man at front desk said room not clean yet..come back about 5:30, but gave me keycards. Came back at 7 pm. Door to room ajar. Dirty bedding piled in floor, beer cans everywhere.room filthy. No cleaning staff to be seen anywhere. Front desk agent still nice despite my obvious anger and frustration. Said didnt know when the room would be clean, and there were no more rooms...ANYwhere (NASCAR race weekend). i insisted on refund. Still nice agent gave me mgrs card and told me to call mgr next day. Drove over 3 hours to come back home. Hotels.com is securing my refund. Give them 5 stars for service. Front desk agent 5 stars for courtesy. Quality Inn I 26, Johnson City, TN 0 stars
