Get more help for the front desk.

Posted Mar 16, 2017
You must have more than one person at the desk at night. Phones were ringing off the hook while customers were dealt with one at a time. Soft furnishings in the rooms are very worn! Get a light fixed at the back door of bldg. 2!

So/so

Posted Mar 7, 2017
Well first off it smells old it's old fashioned there was nothing exciting about it. Shower head sucks and so does the pressure of the water coming out. The bed I have to admit was comfortable so that was good. I think that it's too expensive personally especially when it's nothing exciting.. I won't stay there again. For 30 dollars more I could have stayed at a place with a hot tub inside the room.

Dear Jennifer, We appreciate you offering your feedback from your experience here. Our rooms will begin renovations in the fall and we will be installing new shower heads in all of the rooms. I hope you get a chance to come back and see the changes.

Decent.

Posted Feb 27, 2017
Pros: What we liked is they had many clean towels. Two samsung smart T.V.'s. One in each room. The living area had one and the bedroom. first floor deck.
Cons: Get rid of the ants. Update the toilets. Vinyl windows and slider would be a major improvement. Clean bedding.
Location: If you like burgers there is a Red Robin in the parking lot and many surrounding restaurants. From fast food to decent sit downs. Malls and shopping.
There were ants in the bathroom. The shampoo was used not new. We were on the first floor and it seemed like we were in a cheap apartment. The floor creaked in places and felt like we were walking on old floors. We could really hear the room upstairs occupants stomping around be noisy along with one of the neighboring rooms...Kid was screaming. All in all the bed was ok. Was a decent sleep. Glad we bring our own pillows as one of the pillows seemed dirty. Also the toilets were sub par. We were afraid to even use toilet paper. They flush super slow and was in fear that the slightest toilet paper would clog the toilet. Will more than likely try another hotel when we stay in Kennewick next. Just seemed like this Red Lion had been one of the first hotels built there. Was definitely older and it showed a little bit. The hotel staff didn't seem to care. When we checked in she barely looked at me and was very monotone voiced. The ants were the main issue. The weird thing it was 38 degrees and the end of February. If you need a place to stay on a whim its ok. If there are other choices try those first. Sorry Red Lion. We travel a bit and this was barely an ok to us.

Good location. Close to Columbia Center Mall

Posted Feb 6, 2017
Mostly good, but extremely noisy heater kept us up nights. Nomad bar is bare bones and there really is no cafe. Red Robin and others are close though. Pool is outdoor only. No easy chair even in premium room. Staff is practically non-existent for evening check-in.

Hi Antonette Thank you for the feedback. Our Nomad lounge does have a full dinner menu, I'm guessing you may have gone in during our happy hour from 4-5pm, which is happy hour only. After 5pm is when the full dinner menu starts. We're working on renovating our rooms this year with new lounge chairs as well. We hope you'll give us another chance.

Rooms are nice.

Posted Dec 26, 2016
Pros: Rooms
Cons: Restaurant and lounge
Location: Ranch & Home is near by.
The new restaurant is not as inviting or welcoming as the old one. It's furniture and decor is like they want to get you in and out in a hurry.

Thanks for sharing, I understand that you did not feel the restaurant was very inviting. With the new renovations it has a much more modern look with low lighting and simple but neat look. Thanks for the feedback that is helpful to know for our new lounge. Warmest regards, Sydney- Front Office Manager

Dear Molly, We couldn't agree more about the convenience of our location with conferences and big events here. And being centrally located right in the heart of Tri-Cities is definitely a huge bonus. Pleased to hear you had a good time. Come back again soon. Thank you Front Office Manager- Sydney

Cons: Easy to miss hotel entrance . Need a sign at street by hotel entrance.
Nice room. Good and affordable breakfast. Easy access to freeway.
