Okay hotel near the mall.

Everything was adequate. Just adequate. Weird holes in the padding under the carpet and paint chipping off the walls really made it seem cheap.

Unhelpful staff, dirty room

Posted Aug 5, 2015
Cons: The rooms should be clean, the hotel staff courteous.
We checked into our first room with the 'help' of a surly hotel desk attendant. We then found crumbs on surfaces, dirt on comforter, and dried urine on the toilet seat. With a call to the still surly desk attendant, we were allowed(!) a new room if we brought back the keys to the first room. The keys to the second room were not programed correctly, so with yet another trek to the desk attendant, we were allowed (!) to keep our first room's key to muscle all our luggage to the second room. This room was satisfactorily cleaned. During this experience, we were never apologized to for the inconvenience! Yikes.

Hotel Central to Tri-Cities being remodeled

Posted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: Location, Pool and Bar
Cons: Finish the remodeling. Have a business center right now 2 empty desks, Breakfast buffet is not even worth the $5 it adds to bill.
Location: Shopping Center, Columbia Park, Lots of Restaurants
Stayed for 3 days, Great Central Location. The remodel to Red Lion Standards will take at least another year. No restaurant but many near by. Bar is nice and has innovative menu. Breakfast buffet is not much!

Busy place. Down side is I could not check in until 3pm. Front desk staff very accommodating. Room was very clean. Enjoyed my stay. Would definitely come back. Online booking always the better way to go, saved $50.00 on a king room.

Crap in the toilet!

Posted Jul 10, 2015
Checked into my room the toilet was full of crap! Went to front desk she had no answer for it switched me to a new room. She gave me complimentary breakfast for next morning which breakfast was over at 9 but she had told me 10! The whole building us under renovation so there is no restaurant no bar. Pretty much sucked

It is a good hotel for families. The kids like the pool and it is close to shopping.

Remodel is underway but....

Posted Jul 5, 2015
They are now a full 'non-smoking' hotel. Unfortunately, we stayed in the old smoking section and upon entering our room, I could smell old tobacco odor. We changed rooms which didn't help.

Hotel under construction. Messy lobby. Shallow pool. Room smelled like stale cigarettes. Kept having to remind staff that our room came with breakfast. Terrible breakfast buffet.
