Worst Housekeeping Hotel.

Cons: Better housekeeping.
The Hotel Staff at the desk was very apologetic for the experience we went through. The room was very disappointing. Food left over in the refrigerator, which left a very bad odor for days. No coffee cups, coffee, filter not cleaned, dirty towels and no Kleenex, box was empty. Very disappointing in making and changing reservations through Expedia.

Great location, priced right, clean and comfortable rooms, professional staff. Great choice for business or vacation stay.

Good breakfast and comfortable bed, I had to be moved because locks on door not finished ( top lock not complete and door lock not easy to tell it truly was locked, they moved me when I asked but seems strange they don't have that fixed immediately for others. Hot tub unavailable until 10 in morning and so I was unable to use it before I left as I had hoped

Overpriced and smelly

Had a bad smell in the room -- until we got used to it. Pool was good. Food was mediocre.

Disappointed

Paid $410 for two nights. It was so overpriced for the accommodations. Outdated, A/C unit was weak, room was very hot. Bathroom vent was broken, patio slider door wouldn't close, engineering has to fix. We travel with a group of 36 people or more several times a year. Unfortunately, we will choose another hotel. I would strongly discourage people to stay here. Absolute rip-off. Never again.

Location: Didn't go out.

Decent hotel, bad service

Stayed 3 nights and 2 out 3 we left for the day and come back lat sfternoon4:00pm to find unmade rooms. Beds not made, room not picked up, no towels, etc. call front desk, they apologize and say they'll someone up. Leave for dinner. Come back to room still not made up. 2 nights in a row this happened. UNACCEPTABLE.

Upon check in, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Some of the facilities are a bit aged, like the water spots on the ceiling in my room but the room was otherwise clean and comfortable.
