Nice clean hotel

The hotel is small yet clean and we'll maintained. The breakfast was decent and was slightly different each day. The biggest disappointment was the beds were advertised as memory foam, but they were not.

Overpriced disappointing stay in Tri-Cities WA

Pros: Maintenance person was pleasant to deal with, and the breakfast was adequate.
Cons: Newer furnishings, better overall cleanliness, better attention to detail and comfort, etc.
Location: We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Toyota Center and Three Rivers Convention Center, where we attended a sporting event.
The desk clerk did not know how to process an Expedia reservation. She had to enter all of the information twice. The room had a TV set that did not work. Upon contacting maintenance, they brought 4 different remotes to find one that would actually activate the TV. Even when working, the TV signal kept breaking up on all channels. The room had no coffee maker; furnishings were old, shabby, and chipped. The bed was hard and the "down" cover made my wife itch most of the night. To top it off, an alarm went off in an adjoining room and beeped from 3 am on.

Nice, clean and convenient

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were updated and very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Very clean, modern, spacious room

Best sleep I've had in a long time

Pros: The room itself was nice. Very comfy bed. Easy to use alarm clock and free Wi-Fi. Room decor modern. Plenty of free parking.
Cons: Curtains in my room could not open. Brown ring around the bathroom sink drain. Sink faucet was scratched up. Very minor things. Great room overall
Location: Quiet location was key! Within 8 minutes drive there were scores of restaurants and a shopping mall.The airport was only 15 mins away.
I travel often and have visited a myriad of hotels. The outside looked pretty standard. The inside lobby was pleasant though they use strong fragrance - perhaps to mask any breakfast smells which is served next to and across from the front desk. When checking in I let the front desk woman know that I am a light sleeper.. She immediately took back my card keys and gave me new ones. That little changed made all the difference. It was actually QUIET in my room!! I did not hear people in the hall nor thumping above or below. No alarms, no outside cars. It was heavenly. Forever grateful for that thoughtful and kind room change.

Great location for Toyota Center access

This was the second time staying here. The hotel is a very short distance from the Toyota Center. Room was very clean and spacious. Good breakfast buffet selection.

Clean, comfortable hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting friends in Kennewick. The room was very clean, hot coffee, tea, and water was available all day in the lobby. The pool was a tad cold, but we got used to the temperature quickly. Enjoyed having free parking and WiFi. We didn't make it down for breakfast either day, but it seemed like they had a pretty good selection of breads, fruits, juices, etc.

Welcomed Sight and Warmth

Pros: Location is awesome, cleanliness and room was nice size.
We arrived amid a huge ice storm. We were worn out, my husband was not feeling well, the staff was welcoming, the room clean and perfect for us to relax. Breakfast was good in the morning.

Great staff and comfortable room

Cons: Addition of a sauna or jacuzzi would have been great given the weather, but otherwise the facilities are really good.
Location: Movies and Shopping
Nice and quiet hotel just a short drive to shopping and movie theater. I needed a place to stay for the night during a snow storm and this place was great!
