Clean hotel; Great breakfast; Relaxing aquarium

Posted Apr 23, 2017
Pros: The aquarium in the lobby was really neat. The breakfast was very good. The room was very clean and very comfortable.
Cons: The handicap accessible shower soap dispenser on the shower wall was too high for someone who could not stand, and also the shower head was too high.
Location: We only stayed one night and did not explore the surrounding area.
Clean hotel; Great Breakfast; Relaxing aquarium in lobby

Pet Allergies

Posted Apr 22, 2017
Cons: Keep rooms for people with pets separate, especially cats. Cat dander is really hard to get rid of.
I did not realize that there had been animals in my room until I started wheezing and sneezing when I went back to my room after dinner to go to sleep. There must have been cats in my room previously.... thank goodness for allergy medication!

I didn't realize that I was staying in a room that had pets previously in it until I started wheezing and sneezing. There must have been cats in there.

Hi Kriss. Thank you for recently staying with us we appreciate your feedback. I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay with us. I know it must have been frustrating for you but I hope that you would give us a second chance. We are a pet friendly hotel although we do keep the 4th floor clear of pets for these situations :)

Convenient Location

Posted Apr 12, 2017
Pros: I liked the pleasant smells of the hotel. It almost smelled like expensive perfumes.
Cons: Pillows were hard, towels were hard and old, tv wasn't bright enough, comforter and blankets not warm enough
The hotel is great otherwise. The staff was very pleasant and professional as well as friendly. The breakfast was perfect. Love the bacon!

Disappointed

Posted Mar 29, 2017
We spent a night at this hotel last week and were very disappointed. The room had no coffee pot. I asked the front desk attendant if we could get one. She said she would find one and send it up right away. We waited all evening and it was never done. The hotel also had no bar soap, just liquid in dispensers. The next morning we noticed that the fire alarm in the room had previously been disabled with a plastic cover. I called and let the front desk know. She said "I can assure you there was no fire last night." There was also a very bad smell on third floor. We would not stay at this particular Red Lion again. If Red Lion has taken the convenience of having coffee pots, and bar soap from all rooms, we will no longer stay at any Red Lion.

Hello! Thank you for giving us a chance and taking the time to provide us feedback so we can learn what went wrong so we can take steps to ensure it doesn't happen again. We're the only Red Lion left using dispensors with Dial Soaps, we will be moving to a boutique soap bar collection here in a couple months once our contract is up with Dial for the soap. I'm not certain who you talked regarding the coffee pots, can you please reach out to Sonia or I (Gurbir) at the hotel at your earliest convenience so we can learn more and make things right? One of us is always in Monday through Friday. We sincerely hope you will give us another chance so we can exceed your and ours expectations.

Nice clean hotel

Posted Mar 26, 2017
The hotel is small yet clean and we'll maintained. The breakfast was decent and was slightly different each day. The biggest disappointment was the beds were advertised as memory foam, but they were not.

Overpriced disappointing stay in Tri-Cities WA

Posted Mar 23, 2017
Pros: Maintenance person was pleasant to deal with, and the breakfast was adequate.
Cons: Newer furnishings, better overall cleanliness, better attention to detail and comfort, etc.
Location: We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Toyota Center and Three Rivers Convention Center, where we attended a sporting event.
The desk clerk did not know how to process an Expedia reservation. She had to enter all of the information twice. The room had a TV set that did not work. Upon contacting maintenance, they brought 4 different remotes to find one that would actually activate the TV. Even when working, the TV signal kept breaking up on all channels. The room had no coffee maker; furnishings were old, shabby, and chipped. The bed was hard and the "down" cover made my wife itch most of the night. To top it off, an alarm went off in an adjoining room and beeped from 3 am on.
