We paid Expedia in advance for the room. The clerk took our credit card "for a deposit" but charged us for the room again. He said there will be no charge. The door that allows a wheelchair into the office area is marked use other door. There are stairs to the main door. So, I couldn't even get their "breakfast" of coffee and instant oatmeal. They didn't even have some day old donuts. After we went to breakfast and a funeral we decided we never wanted to stay there again. So we checked out at 12 something, the clerk said we had to wait for the manager to see about a refund for the one night remaining. No way was I setting in the parking lot waiting for the manager. So I called Monday morning the manager said she would have to contact the owners to see if they would authorize a refund. DON'T stay there the Red Lion is only $20 more and so much nicer.
