On arrival, the front desk staff was very nice. At first I thought the room was okay. However, some time later when I first used the restroom, I realized that the cleaning staff had not fully cleaned the restroom. There were new towels, but there were used, uncleaned cups & used soap on the sink & in the shower. I decided to let it slide & live with it. The next morning at the restaurant for the complimentary breakfast (not great), the hostess was pretty rude & unfriendly. She seemed a bit put off that we asked for water. We didn't go back there for breakfast the second morning, however our friends did & said that she was much more friendly & accommodating that day.
The real kicker for our experience was that we left that first morning around 9am, were gone all day, returning around 10pm & our room hadn't been touched. No cleaning at all. I'm not a very picky person, but some soap, more coffee, clean cups, etc, would be nice.
Honestly, I would sleep in a tent before I would go back there.
On a positive note, the beds were comfortable.
