Everything was great. The only “issues” if you all were looking for something was some hotels allow you to check in early just to get the keys, even if a room isn’t available yet. They weren’t able to do that, but that is hotel site preference I assume. It was a wonderful experience there.

I would rather sleep in my running truck than go back in that hotel. What appeared to be human body fluids all over the comforter led me to ask for a new comforter or another room. The replacement room was extremely noisy, staff left the TV on all night in the common area. The meals in the morning were pretty gross. The coffee was terrible. I will never go back and I don’t know if I’m gonna use Expedia again to look for the cheapest rate. You get what you pay for I should know that by now.

Housecleaning was superb! They did a great job cleaning and refreshing my room. The WiFi was terrible this trip but I believe it was because my room was so far away from the router. Normally the WiFi is excellent here!

Check out is supposed to be 11am, yet I had housekeeping knocking at my door at 9:30am. They even tried to open door until I yelled i was in there. When i asked what they wanted, they was like "just seeing if anyone is still in the room, this is housekeeping." An improvement idea or suggestion is to not be so intrusive 1st of all, and 2nd, why not wait until actual check out time, 11am to make those types of checks?! If check out is 11am let people chill til then, that experience made me feel rushed and like i was inconveniencing you. Not cool. Aside from that, hotel was decent, no other complaints. Thats an easy fix if you truly value customer feedback and act on it.

Room 105 size and bathroom are much better than 133. Room 133 bathroom is too small and shower head was extremely loud.

Stayed in Room 208 mid-October2023. Standard King bed, shower, A/C. Nicely laid out and easy to walk around. --A/C: excellent. Kept room a consistent 66 and not loud. Filters were clean. --Blackout curtains: worked great. --TV: didn't use the 44" TV. Assume it was good. --Microwave: worked fine. Standard small one --Bed: comfortable, but a bit firm. --Refrigerator: inop. Adjusted thermostat in back and moved plug to a known good outlet. No change. Reported this to front desk and they would look into it. Fortunately, we didn't need it. This knocked a star off the rating. --Shower/sink: all great with good consistent hot water. --Sound: the road noise settled down at about 9 pm and we never heard anything from anyone else. Very quiet. --Storage: had an armoire for closet space. Also held an ironing board and iron. Didn't need armoire but it had adequate storage. Amenities: --Breakfast: standard fare with sausage links, reconstituted eggs, and waffles. Also cereal, yogurt, and various juices. Nicely laid out in a very open eating area. --2nd floor "loft": at the top of the stairs was a small area to relax in with a nice couch and two comfortable chairs. A very nice touch in case one party is waiting on another in another room. Staffing: five stars! Very engaging people who obviously care about providing guests a nice, restful stay and have buy-in with regards to the property and its condition. Everyone smiled, seemed happy, and willing to talk. They make the place "go!" Kudos.

Visit for a wedding!
We had a wonderful stay for our friends wedding. Check in was easy and no problems with our reservation. The only hiccup was within 20 minutes of checking in, my son went to take a shower and the shower head came off plus the ac had a weird smell during the night. They took care of those issue in the morning as I told the the evening front desk. She was very nice and offered me a different room but I did decline as those issues could be taken care the next day. Everyone from the housekeeping staff and the morning desk service were wonderful. Our room was clean and quiet. I just wished that we didn't have to drive so far for things. We will be back in sure!

I made reservation on Expedia where it was stated the pet fee was half the price of what the motel charged. The front desk help did not care and just stated she'd let her manager know. Front desk also didn't know how to give directions to the entrance we needed to get to our room.

My brother's room had trouble with the TV. It was not addressed. The soda machine was not working and the response was that the Pepsi-Cola company would have to address the issue, with no other solutions offered.

OK quick stay
Comfortable beds, nice enough room, clean and quiet. The staff was very pleasant, and they accommodate and actually read special requests. I asked for a room on the first floor and was given one. Wish these hotels had outside pools as it was hot and would have liked a swim.

Enjoyed a relaxing stay.
Overall we loved our stay and will come back again. We were disappointed on our first night that the hot tub was cold. We alerted the front desk and the next day the maintenance had it repaired so we were able to enjoy our time it in on the second night. We would like a no kid time as there were quiet a few kids that came in and were extremely loud. Breakfast was delicious. We would recommend a second waffle maker. Also adding sugar free syrup and some chocolate chips for extra topping choices.

Exceeded my expectations. Service at check in was quick and friendly. There was a line but didn’t have to wait long. Property is nice and quiet the shower pressure is amazing. I would consider staying again when passing through town.
