Blesius HotelPosted Sep 6, 2017
Pros: The staff all spoke English, and were very helpful . There was an excellent bus service only 2 minutes from the hotel which took us right into town.
Location: Trier was a lovely city, and we visited a local wine producer, which was only five minutes from the hotel.
The hotel was just as described and all the staff wer very helpful and friendly. We hope to visit the same hotel in the future.

Fun place to stayPosted Jun 26, 2017 on Hotels
This place was perfect for a family with kids. The biergarten had a kids play space with good food and beer. The breakfast was also really nice and had everything. The only con was that it was rather warm since there isn't air-conditioning, but it seems to be the norm for Europe. We would definitely go back here.

Quiet retreat after a day of touringPosted Nov 12, 2016
Location: The oldest city in Germany, the Roman ruins and medival structures are a delight.
Staff is outstanding and make the extra effort in so many ways that make the service exceptional. Rooms are comfortable without being extravagant. Though not old, unlike much of Trier, it feels like a really comfortable pair of slippers that welcome you to relax after a busy day.

in the centre of town and the parking was close by. the room was extremely large and very clean. only drawback was the 2 floors to bring your luggage up as there was no elevator.

There are probably better rooms for the money in TPosted Jul 4, 2016 on Hotels
The room was just ok and small. The noise from the beer garden was more and went later than the staff promised. The staff was the true downfall. They were somewhere between cold and rude about the noise issues. It is always sad to see people working in jobs that don't make them happy. Finally, the wifi signal was too weak to use in the room so we had to camp out in the stairwell to use our devices. There are probably better rooms for the money in Trier.

Really enjoyed the Beer GardenPosted Jul 4, 2016
Pros: Very welcoming. Great Beer Garden
Location: A mile or so out of Trier, but a bus stop right outside the hotel, taking you into the Centre. Nice and quiet.
Very friendly at Check In. Nice room, but fairly small. Well decorated. Good breakfast. But the best bit was eating outside in the Beer Garden. Good food, excellent service, range of own brews. The highlight.

Good all around HotelPosted Jul 3, 2016 on Hotels
Basic but good food choice and well cooked, hotel was in a very convenient location, better to have some one to share it with rather than being on your own..
