Nice hotel

Posted Dec 31, 2016
Rooms very clean, they park your car for you (complimentary), good location, about 1.5 miles from beautiful Piazza Unita. We were 4 people, the room was a bit tight with 4 single beds, however the bathroom was big. The breakfast is simple but very good, especially the coffee. Front desk personnel were exceptional!

First visit to Trieste

Posted Aug 10, 2015
The staff was wonderful. The hotel is off the main tourist area and is old. I would stay again but only because of the staff

Wonderful Hotel Staff! Good Breakfast!

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: The front desk staff was dedicated to helping guests.
Location: See the waterfront, enjoy live music, eat great food and drink a nice glass of wine, and also the best gelato is the next block over.
We had a very nice experience at Hotel Italia. Parking arrangement with garage nearby. They have a small elevator for two at a time, but stairs are wide and easy enough to climb and descend. We thought the location was good to walk around and see all the sites and close to many great places to eat. The staff helped us so much, they make it a priority to help familiarize you with the area and they go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay and have everything you need.

Adequate but not great

Posted Jun 25, 2014
The best thing was the concierge and staff, they were terrific. The hotel was a bit dingy, small no wifi that worked, overall not great. Central location. It was fine for what we needed.

Lovely, traditional, close to station & piers

Posted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: Condition, location, cost-effectiveness.
Cons: Internet access - apparently there were three wireless services but I could not access them.
Location: Walk along the quay & watch the world go by at the Piazza Unita. The Museo Revoltella is revelatory - a modern art collection and preserved townhouse.
I enjoyed my stay. The room was well-equipped, very pleasant, and the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. It's close to the main sights in Trieste. Breakfast was comprehensive. It was excellent value for money.

Familiäres Hotel

Posted Mar 14, 2016
Pros: Angenehme familiäre Atmosphäre.
Cons: ./.
Location: S.o.

Albergo vicino a tutto

Posted Jul 15, 2015
