"Trim Castle Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, offering a prime location with beautiful views directly overlooking historic Trim Castle. A special mention goes to Deputy GM Richard, who went above and beyond as a total star by opening up the terrace at night so I could take in the view over the castle. With very reasonable rates, hassle-free free parking, and a delicious breakfast included, the entire experience was top-notch and earns a well-deserved 5-star rating."

"Clean room and grounds. Breakfast was great: full Irish breakfast and more. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also ate dinner in the bar and it was lovely. No air conditioning, but it was manageable for our stay. Hot water in the showers. As other reviews mentioned, there was road noise with the window open, but we were able to sleep just fine. Buses C3 and C4 take you straight into downtown Dublin and back in about 30-45 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place for the location and price."

"I come from the US, where most hotels priced at this level will have a microwave. Not having one caused quite some amount of food to be thrown away. Reheating with a m/wave could have been very useful, including reheating tea / coffee. The restaurant also needs to have more vegetarian and vegan options."

"EXTRAORDINARY!!!!! The flights were cancelled late in Dublin and a number of people came to check in after 9pm. The hotel's staff came back in and they opened the dining room to accommodate all the hungry travelers. Exceptional service. The property is STUNNING!!!!!!! Just absolutely top notch. I felt like royalty."

"This hotel is fantastic! We had a family room which was one of the best I’ve stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the partitions made it feel like you had plenty of space. We had dinner in the bar and it was delicious. Very reasonably priced. We also were able to charge our electric car easily in the underground parking. We will definitely be back!"

"After staying in small hotels in Paris and London, the oversized room and bathroom were an absolute delight. Very clean. The bar off the lobby was fun. Great cocktails and a lively atmosphere. The location of the hotel was PERFECT. We loved the short drive to the castle, pubs, and restaurants."
