The Hotel was situated next to the movietowne which was very convenient for other dining options. The reservation officer that checked us in was very nice and help sorted out whether breakfast was included in the price since this was hard to tell from the email received from Expedia or Marriott.

We appreciated the upgrade given to us for our family of four. The staff at the breakfast were most supportive and approachable with friendly smiles. They helped the kids and made the difference of service from the heart. This includes the reception agents and room service agents.

Stayed March 9-17 2024. The staff were all pleasant and happy to accommodate you. Response for any request was quick. The free wifi in the room is pretty good. The facility itself NEEDS updating, the furniture is old and I stayed in a suite with 1 bedroom & living room. The large bathroom in the room was the most updated and spacious (most spacious bthroom I've seen in a hotel anywhere). The pool was not available as it was under construction (since last year from the reviews I read). Worst of all the hotel menu is devoid of local dishes and choices for vegetarian/vegan …only salad or soup.😳😩 Thank God for the little shopping center within walking distance where you can find a few restaurants, Jaxx is not too bad.

We are pleased to let you know that the public spaces of the hotel will undergo a major renovation at the end of the year and we are sure that you will have an appreciation for the new designWe apologize that our options in the restaurant were limited but we can offer options to our guests that are not on the menu and we are sorry this wasn't made available to you.Our pool did have to undergo emergency works and we are sorry you did not get to enjoy it while you stayed with us. The duration of the work did not extend from last year as this was a separate project that limited access to the poolside for a short period.Please be sure to let us know if you are returning at any point in the future and we would be more than happy to ensure that we meet all your expectations on your next stay!

Property is very nice, staff is friendly and rooms are spotless. Only negative for us was, we booked two rooms on one reservation (one month ahead) for a birthday celebration and they did not give us adjoining rooms. When we realized it and requested adjoining rooms at the check-in counter they could not make it happen as they were fully booked. Otherwise, very nice stay.

Staff extremely friendly. Grounds nice and clean smoke friendly in courtyard pool was close for renovations but that’s ok. The games provided by hotel kept us entertained. Aron was super nice and knowledgeable. Always greeted with a smile. Overall 9/10

The best service was offered by the food counter managers. Their support staff required a lot of direction. The front desk was hopeless. Everyone was very friendly, regardless of capabilities. I would love to go back to the island. Will stay somewhere else.

Excellent hotel. Hotel is well maintained, clean, comfortable and secure. The staff were welcoming, very friendly and made you feel at home. I added breakfast and it was excellent worth the additional cost. There was a happy hour and the staff the evening I went - Ian, Kernisha and Shanice - were great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our 2 night stay was as expected. The room was very comfortable, breakfast delicious with many choices. Our only complaint is that we could have used a little more space to open our large suitcases. We stayed in a Superior room with a balcony.

My family and I spent the weekend at Marriott for a birthday. The stay was truly amazing!
