This is one of my favourite hotels. The location on a hillside, with stunning views of the Capital and breathtaking sunsets. The buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Housekeeping did nothing but make the bed and throw out the garbage. Sink was dirty, toilet was dirty when we arrived and a few days in they didn't wipe the mirror or shower. Only a coffee maker and everything comes at a cost, including a kettle at US $10 for us to make tea in the evenings. Hotel food is expensive and there isn't anything complementary considering the accomodation cost.

During carnival and after carnival it is expected that there would be a lot of guests. The guests in the room next door were quite loud, thankfully they quieted down. Front desk was more than willing to help if they continued. The room was not adequately prepared, there were no cups, water, tea. I requested water which was brought up to the room. The pool bar also closed quite early on the day we checked in by 6pm. Making getting a drink quite a task. I have had a much better experience here, and will just contribute it to the hectic pace of the carnival season but I suppose preparation is key!

Nice, well maintained hotel especially considering its age. In general, my stay was nice but there were a few issues. 1) Outside of the front desk, restaurant/bar service was extremely slow. Well beyond the usual island time & it negatively mpacted the dining experience 2) The hotel was the host location for a huge pool party sponsored by a unaffiliated business. Hotel guests could attend. The music and DJ were extremely loud until midnight. Guests were not informed of this event, nor the fact that the pool and one of the restaurants would be unavailable to guests. Closing 2 major amenities for an event unrelated to the hotel was ridiculous considering how much I paid for my stay. I'm sure the hotel made good money from the event but it was at the expense of paying guests who obviously were not a priority.

The Hilton is an amazing Hotel. I was checked in by a front desk staff in the midst of shift change and left sitting in the Lobby for almost 45 mins the person who check me in went to the back and never returned . Thank you Shania who has been a pillar for why I return to the Hilton Hotel. Shania came in at 3pm rolled up her sleeve and began working once she cleared the crowd she assisted the bellhop in getting me a room. Thank you for your continued excellence in customer service. ❤️❤️❤️

Repeated request for basic amenities missing from Room. Repeated production of items not requested, and persistence in items apparently in short supply with poor staff attitudes. However, wonderful housekeeping maid assigned on 2nd day of stay whose attitude eased things. Great poolside vibes too.

Property was nice and rooms comfortable and clean. Unfortunately there was a party in the hotel next door and music went on past 2am. The balcony doors didn’t close tightly and the noise was unbearable!! The rest of the hotel was good

Christmas holiday vacation.
Hilton Trinidad hotel was a good and comfortable stay. The meals abd staff are friendly. The hotel should consider a shuttle service to the capital city.

For Hilton being a prestige name as it is, very disappointed with the overall experience, the tv wasn't working well, we went to the bar, they didn't even have a knife to cut an orange for the drink we ordered and alot of other things were out of stock at the bar. Clearly they need some work with supply chain. Butttt the staff was 10/10. They were extremely friendly, helpful and committed to making it a positive experience. Think the management needs more attention to detail to make the experience seamless.
