Customer Service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no customer service at this hotel far less for the whole island. Staff is rude and looks at your nasty when asked assistance. My overall stay was disappointing.

Nice hotel, updates needed

Nice room, nice views. Dinner was great except for the price. 10% service charge, gov't tax + vat at 12.5%. Would recommend the pumpkin ginger cream soup and the goat cheese salad . Calamari was good too. Pool was old and needs updated but still enjoyed a nice swim.

Isolated hotel, nice but old

The Hotel has a nice view, and the hotel staff are really nice. On the other hand, it has a strange distribution. There is a big distance from the main gate to the lobby, the problem is that if you are waiting for someone to pick you up, you have to be outside, remember that it gets pretty hot and rainny, mosquitos...The fact that floors are numbered upside down is a bit confusing too. The view comes with a price, you are in the mountain, so it is not easy to go out for lunch/dinner. Because of that, the restaurant at the hotel is a bit overpriced. The fitness room is very good, much better than the rest of the hotels that I have seen in Port of Spain. I had to change rooms because my bathroom had mold. The change was smooth and the new room was better.

Good Stay

We had a good stay at the Hilton Trinidad, the common areas are a bit dated but the room itself was fine. We found the room service slow and they always made errors on our order, Breakfast through room service took an entire hour and the order was incorrect.

A wonderful experience

My eperience was great. I was intransit and the room, grounds, hotel' staff and amenities were excellent. I will definitely be returning and will introduce it to others.

Soca music please

While staying at the Hilton in Trinidad I notice no Soca music was played at anytime. Even my guest complained and some f them live there.
