Although there is a shuttle that runs all day and night to go to the airport, the room/bathroom requires repair and smells moldy.

Nice hotel if you have a quick stop over. Had an extended wait to be attended to for check in on arrival. While waiting another in house guest showed up and the front desk agent did not even acknowledge me he addressed the guest added another 10mins on my existing wait. Overall it is nice quick stop over hotel.

Property looks nice from the outside. Lobby was good. Rooms were acceptable . The hallways and elevators could use some updates. Only a few dollars cheaper than HYATT. I chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport and they have a shuttle I didn’t use it because plans changed and ended up renting a vehicle at the airport . It was obvious that the shuttle was available at any time

My experience was largely positive. Breakfast was excellent (Big breakfast guy) and despite not being able to enjoy it on my final day due to a really early flight, they provided a small take away package which I appreciated! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone!

This was my first time staying at this property for the purpose of taking any early morning flight from Trinidad and I couldn't be happier with the way things worked out. It was truly excellent. The room was very clean and well presented. The lobby area was a tad tight but that was not a problem for me. If there is a slight "down" side, the hotel does not have room service or a restaurant, however, there was a Popeyes Chicken location within walking distance and I was fine with that. I went out for food during the Super Bowl halftime show and made it back in time for the second half. The shuttle bus to the airport was prompt and also excellent. I will definitely stay there again should the need arise.

We had to rely on HI shuttle to get to a restaurant for dinner. Only two stops, hence the options are limited - a shopping mall, and across the street is a TGIF (which was very nice - recommended) and a Starbucks. To return, ups have to call HI for pickup - let the restaurant call if you don't have a free call option! Shuttle to the airport (5-7 minute ride) is unpredictable. We just missed one and were told "ten minutes" - kore like 30 til it returned! Breakfast starts at 6 am - but we couldn't have any b/c we had an 8am international flight. Option - snack machines.

My go to hotel in Trinidad
I always stay here. Great staff. Reliable shuttle service. Good continental breakfast with a variety of foods both local and American. Good proximity to airport. Comfy rooms. Mini fridge and microwave included. Plus a safe. Never had any reason to feel concerned about my safety or health. Always will come back here to stay once I am in Trinidad
