Very nice, clean and comfortable. Looked newer except for sloppy caulking in the bathroom and a small round toilet seat on an elongated toilet. Dumb! Good price for a nice room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little dated and worn but I didn’t really mind. I had a late checkin and I was leaving early in the morning so it didn’t affect me as I just needed a place to stay. Morning breakfast was good. No elevators so we had to carry luggage to the second floor.

We only needed to sleep here one night, the place was comfortable and offered a hot breakfast, as well as a waffle/continental breakfast. Coffee también 🤗

The bed in room 125 was horrible. The mattress sank terribly. The room should not be rented with a worn out saggy bed. Everything else was good.

A warm and comfortable place
We were traveling with our small dog through Texas and hoping to end up in Colorado Springs at the end of the day. But, we hit a snow storm and the roads were slippery. As we approached Raton in the dark we decided not to go over the pass but to look for a place to stay the night. This Quality Inn was everything we needed! It provided a safe, warm haven and we even could bring our dog in with us! The staff was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast was a little extra thing we weren’t expecting and we got on our way in the morning rested, in good spirits, and ready to tackle the pass. This is what a motel should be! Thank you!

The room had a weird smell. One of the lamps would not turn on. The soda/water vending machine was out of order. And at breakfast the whole juice machine was out of order.

The best front office attendant. Check in was easy and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Only critique would be the eggs at the breakfast, a little under cooked. Otherwise this was a pleasant experience. Would stay again.

Not the best but just ok.
The room was dusty. The sink did not drain properly. The heater’s thermostat must have not been working properly as I set the room to 68 and it was way over 75. Could not get it cooler. The pop machine was out of order as was the juice machine at breakfast. On the good side the bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok and the staff were friendly
