An award winning village house 3,000 feet above sea level with mountain views of valleys and village below, with birds eye view of other villages tucked in other valleys. The house was refurbished few years ago by an American architect. The Stone house has won an award for the interior design of open space, exposed wooden vaulted ceiling. It has 2 bedrooms, ( the master bedroom has a king bed American Seally mattress, and the second bedroom has twin beds with American Sealy mattresses) fully walnut interior cabinets and fully finished kitchen, with walnut cabinets. The bathroom is all marble with a square marble bath tub and standing shower. Linens, towels, and blankets are provided. The kitchen is complete with dishes, pots and pans, silver ware and everything to prepare dinners. Italian oven and cooking top, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, hot water pot.
The court yard is very large, private, inclosed for children. A balcony off the living room has a fig tree that is full of fruit for your pleasure.
The house is situated in front of a forest of fir and chestnut trees. It is the last house in the village so you have privacy.
Many trails lead to small chapels in the forest and beautiful walks. You can walk to the two restaurants that are available for you for great food. It is 300 meters up and you can drive to Tripoli (19 km),
or Sparta, ( 24km). There are numerous villages near by for shopping or discovering coffee shops and restaurants. Read our reviews.
