Worst Hotel experience in 25 years of travelPosted Oct 31, 2017
Pros: Nothing - Dirty and non-professional staff
Cons: This is not a hotel, it is a trash bin
Stay away from that hotel, you are better off sleeping under a bridge. Spent 3 days in that hotel and experience 3 disastrous things: 1. No Hot water for 3 days (Water temperature was close to 5 degrees Celsius) - Not sure whether the hotel wanted to experience the French lifestyle to the max by showering once per week (?) 2. Staff didn't do anything about the issue, their answer was that cold water is good for the skin - Completely unacceptable. 3. If you enjoy killing few cockroaches before sleeping - That is the right hotel. Unfortunately no oven in the room to taste it. Disastrous hotel and experience.

Lovely hotel, a bit out of the wayPosted Jul 2, 2017
Overall, a good hotel. Rooms were on the small side but had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked extremely well which was a huge plus since there was a heat wave while we were in Paris. It's a little far from the main attractions of the city but the neighborhood itself was nice and felt safe and family friendly. Staff was quite helpful but there were a couple of times when the front desk was completely unattended for 15 - 20 minutes. Not a big deal as there is a sitting area in the reception where you can make coffee or tea. All in all I would definitely stay again.

Rooms very small !!Posted Jun 30, 2017
We stayed here on a 2 day trip to Paris. The room was clean but pretty basic and very very small. Its not too much of a problem if your spending lots of time out of the hotel like we did, however our room still felt a bit cramped at times and also our curtain was hanging off the window! Quite a bit of clattering noises coming from the corridor early in the morning too, so no chance of a long lie lol! Hotel staff were helpful and friendly though. Location was very good, close to bus stop, metro and Eiffel Tower.

Room, Shower Cubicle and Breakfast Room too smallPosted Jun 14, 2017
Pros: Good location for Roland Garros, which is 15 mins walk away.
Cons: Bigger rooms, showers and breakfast area
Location: Metro and a range of shops and restaurants all on the doorstep
The room was small and the shower cubicle was so small it was difficult to wash without rubbing against the sides of the cubicle or knocking the temperature control, which was very sensitive to the slightest movement. In case you're wondering I'm 5ft 10 inches tall and slim to average build at 12 stones. The breakfast room was so small we had to queue to get a table in the morning. There was one person clearing tables and replenishing the continental breakfast table, so food items, coffee and clean cutlery took a while to be refilled, so it took even longer for the tables to turn over. On the positive side the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The poor lady responsible for the breakfast room was also very pleasant and apologetic for the delay.
