"Fabulous property, we were allowed early check in and late check out (probably because out of season) but that made all the difference for us. Great to have a good sized balcony. "The hot water in the shower did not work for most of our stay, the issue was flagged multiple times but only resolved on the last day. One of the days we had to boil water to shower as hot water was not working at all. A somewhat adequate compensation was initially offered but later he changed the terms, saying extra charges for linen and towels "were being waived" and that was part of our compensation, however, at the time of booking and writing this review there is no mention of said charges...

"The apartment is exactly like the pictures depict. We had a little trouble finding the apartment, however, that was the only issue we ever had. Roberto, our go to person immediately responded to any questions. The view of Stromboli at sunset is spectacular!! The apartment was centrally located so we found it pretty easy to visit the area towns. Highly recommend this apartment!!"
