"This is very minor. My one complaint is that there's no tea in the rooms .... only fabulous coffee (I don't drink coffee)"

"I had several interactions with staff and they were all great! Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, effective. The building is a basic motel. The rooms have vinyl wood floors and are very clean. I had two dogs with me and when I paid $175 extra it seemed maybe I should get something for that. But no dog bowls, no cookies, no poop bags. They weren’t set up to keep the room clean: no dog bed was provided and I had to use my own dog towels to wipe their feet. I also had to make a special request to get a sheet to cover the bed so we wouldn’t get mud on the beautiful white comforter s. Made me think it was just a money grab. "

"Disappointed on how the hotel staff handled the situation I brought up to them regarding being intentionally snowed in around my car by the plow truck driver - not once but twice during the same one night stay. Gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. Simply received a polite response with no solution. won’t be staying there again due to this lack of customer satisfaction. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Dinner at the tavern was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious and healthy. The room was cozy and clean and the decor and design of the entire inn was lovely. We would absolutely stay again! "
