“Apartment unit was very nice, shower was cold but in buildings like that it's hard to keep the shower water warm. The sunrise view was beautiful, the walk on Detroit River boardwalk was awesome, neighborhood nice. Due to construction it was harder to get to the parking lot but we found a way. The back parking lot seemed sketchy so I am glad we got a spot in the front parking lot. My son (age 13) loved the loft room. ”

“Booked a last-minute trip to make the PWHL Detroit takeover game because my teenage son rediscovered his love for hockey, and so did I. This place was the PERFECT location for what we needed- we walked to the arena, then later to Comerica park and Ford field, to take tourist-y photos. Kitty-corner on one side is a whole foods, in the other is DMC. ”

“Check in process was easy, wasn’t sure where to park and had to walk up three flights of stairs because unit was on the 3rd floor which wasn’t mentioned in the listing.. The unit wasn’t very clean. The grate on the furnace was covered in dust, window sill was dirty and we didn’t have any blankets or linens for two of us to sleep. ”

“Very cute and cozy place was close enough to our concert venue at a very nice price. Loved that canvases were provided if we wanted to paint. Would definitely recommend! ”
