I called the host twice and didn’t get an answer, but they were quick to respond to my messages, which helped us get inside. Once we were in, the space was very roomy. "The location was perfect for getting to the Fox Theater if you and your traveling companions don't mind walking. I enjoyed my stay,.but some minor updates are needed especially if you are paying the downtown price for a room. The room needed a mattress change which was sinking in the middle and the shower wasn't working properly which is fine because I love baths anyway. I wish I focused more on the pet stay because I am allergic to dogs, but I made due. The bed rug needs to be cleaned and the floors needs some Murphy's Soap. The valet parking team was excellent and the staff working the evening of 6/5 (Andre I believe was his name was phenomenal). The morning staff of 6/7 checking out wasn't as grand because I had to wait in line and the staff worker waited on the gentleman who stepped around me in line to answer his question. Not a great customer service experience here!"
