Everyone was kind

Posted Jul 15, 2017
Pros: The staff and the room.
Cons: The free breakfast was not what I expected. Muffins and granola bars and beverages were not as sustaining as yogurt, cereal, & hard boiled eggs.
Location: We went to the DTE energy theater.
Everyone was helpful. The manager went out of his way to print an address of our concert location. He also showed us a good place to park near our room. The night person gave us change for a larger bill so we could get something from the vending machine.

Cheap place to sleep on a bed

Posted May 24, 2017
Room was good. Staff and amenities we're good as well; however, the whole hallway leading to the mechanical room smelled like weed. Safe to say, the only thing mechanical going on was the smoking of joints. Continental breakfast was a joke unless your idea is the same as the hotel - cup of coffee and a muffin.

Fair hotel

Posted May 14, 2017
Pros: Clean
Wifi was horrible, continental breakfast was granola bars, with muffins in plastic wrapping, and oatmeal you had to make yourself. No fruit, no yogurt, no other food options. The only drinks offered were coffee or tea, no juice, no milk. Ive stayed withnthis hotel chain before and they offered a much better breakfast. The ac in the room only came on intermittently and never cooled the room down.

Adequate hotel, very much worth the price.

Posted May 2, 2017 on Hotels
The hotel is good for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. My only small qualm would be that the room needed a bit of a better clean. We found an old slipper, probably from a previous occupant, under the bed, and a few of the lights and the bathroom fan didn't work. Overall, a comfortable experience though.

Clean and Comfortable

There are no restaurants nearby except for fast food. Free breakfast is pre-packaged muffins. But the room was large, comfortable and a good value.

Nice hotel to crash

Posted Apr 12, 2017
Pros: I liked the comfort of the location
Cons: The kitchen had no utensils to cook, why even have a kitchen if there aren't going to be plates, cups, forks, spoons and knives at least?
Location: n/a
I stayed here and there was no towels or soap in the room so I went to the front desk to get soap and towels and they did not have any. What type of hotel runs out of soap?? Was very angry.

Thank you for being our guest. We apologize for your disappointment with kitchen amenities. To ensure cleanliness, our brand standards require us to make these items available at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suites, and we will remind our front desk to communicate this more clearly going forward. We are also sorry for not being able to fully meet your needs in regard to the in-room amenities. Your feedback is valuable to us as it will help us better serve our guests. We hope you will choose us again so that we can provide you with the stay you deserved. Sincerely, General Manager

Nasty hotel

Posted Apr 10, 2017 on Hotels
The first room they gave us was dirty. The bedding in both beds the towels looked dirty stains on them. The pillows had hair on them looked like someone shaved in the bed. They moved us to another room the floorband the lamp shades were stained with red juice. The hotel was just nasty. And the lady her name is Lisa was so rude to me and my fiancé. She didn't apologize for giving us a nasty room. She act like she was mad that we asked for a new room. And started getting smart with me. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
