Cons: no smoking

Never stay at extended stay.

Front desk not very helpful or professional. Called a day before to ask to check in early, upon arrival front desk didn't even look at computer just said no rooms have been cleaned yet, the cleaning staff just showed up at 1 p.m. . When we finally got the room it had a strong odor and it definitely wasn't that of cleaning solution. Furniture looked gross, worn and cigarette burns on blanket. Immediately left and went next door to the baymont and got a room.

Good basic hotel

Nice room, quiet, there on business so no bells or whistles desired. Will stay again. Lots of food delivery available too.

Cash is not king

Hard to spot but worth it

Pros: Location was convenient just off I-75. Clean. Full kitchen. Low price.
Cons: Breakfast could be better but that would increase rates, so I'd rather go out for breakfast and pocket the difference.
Location: Location was convenient but not easily spotted if you don't pay close attention. A new axe throwing business is opening right next to Wendy's.
I knew exactly where the hotel was and still drove right by because it is not visible from the road and the small, ground-level sign is set back from the road. Once you get there, the facility was fine. I just wish I had been staying longer, rather than overnight, since I had a full kitchen at my disposal that I didn't use. It was the cheapest hotel in the area, so the spacious room was a great value. My only real criticism is that they have a "grab 'n go" breakfast which is stored in a small cabinet across from the front desk. I heard it consists of breakfast and granola bars etc. but I didn't come down until 10 and "breakfast" was over. There is a Tim Horton's / Wendys just down the block where you turn on to the hotel's street. However, there were 10 people in line in front of me, so it took 35 minutes to get my breakfast sandwich. Go to Wendy's or elsewhere if they are busy.
