The hotel is old and dirty. It’s dirty.. you can see dirty greasy looking handprints and smudges all over the walls and doors.. along the floor boards.. dirty. Dust covering the side table and clock. You People need to clean the rooms and have some pride in your establishment . I would never stay here again.

Missing something

Posted Oct 25, 2017
To start they didn't have my reservation and i finally get a room and it has a dirty smell to it. The floor was filthy and there were burn marks everywhere. Room stated it had a microwave but it didn't. Also had problems with wifi and tv working the whole time. The door didn't lock either as the lock was busted on the inside. Less then impressed this time.

The room was clean, but we never got maid service the next day and the foot smelled like a boys locker room or smelly feet.

In town for a concert at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Nice, clean hotel, very friendly staff. Loved the availability of taking a shuttle to the concert.

Hotel was good. Room was what we expected except for the towel left behind. Breakfast was good - waffles, fruit, juice and pastries. Staff was nice. Would stay again

Moldy Smell

Posted Aug 25, 2017
Pros: Nothing
Being the hotel is much older. It would be nice if funding is put in the hotel to eliminate the mold smell.

Dirty rooms,uncomfortable beds, very outdated

Posted Aug 23, 2017 on Hotels
Rooms were very dirty. Floors not swept or vacuumed. Beds very uncomfortable. Parking lot littered with trash and cigarette butts and permanent residents loitering in parking lot drinking beer and letting their kids run up and down the stairs and pitbull dogs intimidate people walking by. Vending machine malfunctioned, no breakfast for us at 9am due to lack of food for overnight guests, probably comsumed by the permanent welfare people staying there. Very dissatisfied with everything in general. A half roll of toilet paper, only 2 washrags and 2 towels in room for 4 people. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very outdated, looks nothing like the website pictures.
