"The location was perfect for getting to the Fox Theater if you and your traveling companions don't mind walking. I enjoyed my stay,.but some minor updates are needed especially if you are paying the downtown price for a room. The room needed a mattress change which was sinking in the middle and the shower wasn't working properly which is fine because I love baths anyway. I wish I focused more on the pet stay because I am allergic to dogs, but I made due. The bed rug needs to be cleaned and the floors needs some Murphy's Soap. The valet parking team was excellent and the staff working the evening of 6/5 (Andre I believe was his name was phenomenal). The morning staff of 6/7 checking out wasn't as grand because I had to wait in line and the staff worker waited on the gentleman who stepped around me in line to answer his question. Not a great customer service experience here!"
