I told them I had a handicap person and needed rooms close to parking. We had to walk a distance on uneven ground. The toilet was so low even I didn’t think I could get up and the toilet seat didn’t even fit the toilet. The keys didn’t work the first time so I had to go back to have them reprogramed while my handicap person struggled to stand outside in the cold while I did that. The heater in the room was very loud.

The shower makes you slimy feeling and has poeces of the tub missing. The room is semiclean. There were goldfish crackers on the floor. The staff are very nice but the room leaves a lot lacking. Id rather sleep in my car to be honest

It's time for a renovation. The popcorn ceiling is falling, mold and rust everywhere, the bed pops up if you sit on the end of it, the bed sounds like it's going to explode when you turn over. I can keep going, but suffice to say....renovate this place soon.

It was an easy location to find at the North West side of 231 and US 29. Property was in pretty good condition and appeared to be fairly well kept. Parking was not a problem and appeared to be plenty of room for guests as well as extra parking for large vehicles, Etc. The place is really starting to show its age though ... it is at least 40 years old if not, older. Just a few details noticed being in the room ... the room was nice and clean and fairly good condition but, you can just tell some things were aging and on the verge of falling apart. Bathroom was very small, the shower rod, didn't appear to be hanging on by a whole lot but, still appeared to be functional. The chair and ottoman, could definitely have used a cleaning even though, it looks like they had been cleaned a while back, someone just didn't do a very good job at it and left a lot of stain marks. The seals around the door were nonexistent, daylight around the top and non-hinge side of the door. I would imagine if there was much wind blowing, you could probably feel it coming in. I had not seen switches mounted in a metal door jamb of an entry door, in a long time but, it was functional. The curtains had seen better days but, they were also functional. Everything else in the room, seem to be in decent working order. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Its a pretty good hotel for what it cost. Probably built in the sixties with outside entrances, its clean & the staff is really great. They have truck & rv parking, whichnis why I stay there.

The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. The sofa and Ottoman were filthy. The bathroom had mold. There was a big flying bug on the ceiling. To be fair the towels were clean as well as the bed sheets and cover.

The property really needs an update. The rooms smell moldy. The popcorn ceiling is falling in the room and bathroom. The beds are decent, but very small. Now they started raising the rates on game days to match the other hotels of higher quality. I think I'd rather drive 25 minutes for a nicer room and better price.

You can tell the facility is old. There were roaches in the bedrooms and other insects. Smells damp. Friendly staff though. Had to switch rooms

The air conditioner needs major attention. So loud and making terrible noises. The curtains to window were broken so wouldn't shut properly. There was a ugly roach like bug on the window inside.
