"An ok hotel, but not great. I chose hotel specially for the gym. The gym had a few weights and one elliptical machine. The machine was broken, so the gym was not open. The staff did not know when or whether it would be open. Also, way off the beaten track. Far from old quarter. Only one of many "A-25Hotel" locations in Hanoi. Created some real problems when I engaged Uber to take me to "A-25 hotel." Took me to wrong one and driver insisted it was what I had ordered. Had to get another...

"Speedy check in, overall a nice pleasant stay. A free upgrade, an extra hour over the normal check out time. A nice chicken dish for breakfast, too. Couple of points for improvement with regards to Room 506: the hob extractor fan and light don’t work, the bathroom extractor fan also seems to be defunct."
