So dissapointed

I've stayed at this hotel before several times bit tonight was the worst. The sheets on the bed had someone else's hair in it and the room smelled bad. My sinuses were acting up. I couldn't sleep because the street lights were bothering me. I will never stay on the top floor again.

Good location and comfortable

Pros: A convenient location for what I have to do and plenty of amenities nearby. Good inclusive buffet breakfast. Clean, comfortable and good staff.
Location: easily accessible from highway plus one block south is large pub (brassiere le manoir) with good food at reasonable prices. Large shopping mall nearby
I have stayed here before. Usually come to this area once or twice a year. We drive. It’s newly renovated last year And I like the large walk in shower in the room (no tub). We commute to various areas both in and around Montreal. There is a large shopping mall just across the highway (Fairview Mall). We will be staying here on next visit for sure.

Perhaps I could have gone to a cheaper location closer downtown, but this location was perfect for our visit to friends nearby. It is walking distance to WalMart, was a quiet stay, and in the end, there were no complaints from us. The breakfast area could use a little better redesign for efficiency of traffic, namely in the bread/toaster section, but the selection was tastey.

right price for an airport hotel

Pros: location, breakfast
Breakfast was better than most--many choices! Beds comfortable, room clean, parking good. Fridge and microwave. They use taxis for airport transportation. Returned rental car to airport and taxi brought us back to hotel. Hotel reimbursed us with Canadian cash. This wasn't great because we had just spent all of that intentionally, but probably not a reason to not stay there.

Very comfortable. Would stay here again. Good location and close to highways. Clean and recently updated rooms.

Near airport and handy for what we needed

Pros: They paid for our taci from the airport and gave us a voucher yo yo back there .n
Cons: It is gesture it us I suppose but too much throw away cups , plates etc .
Location: It was near airport but far enough away to be quiet . Straight opposite Walmart ! To have an evening drink we walked to The Holiday inn.
Hotel was ok . Breakfast fine but over run by other guests and it was all throwaway plates cups etc . Staff were good though and very helpful . Enormous spiders and webs outside the bedroom window . The room was fine but powdered milk ?? I wanted to pay cash but it was put on my card by Expedia . The best thing was they paid for our taxi from the airport and gave us a voucher to go back there .

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments on Expedia. Yes, the exterior spider webs have been an issue this season but we have been working on it with a pest control expert. We do have non-powdered milk available 24-hours a day in the lobby. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to stock non-powdered milk in each room. We hope to see you again soon!

Nice comfy pet friendly hotel close to airport

Pros: Best pillows, nice bedding, clean room. Free taxi ride to and from airport. Lots of stores around to buy necessities. Good area to walk the dogs.
Location: Location was chosen for the proximity to airport. Not so easy to get to downtown though. Lots of stores nearby: the Bay, IGA, Walmart, Chapters, etc.
We travelled with our two dogs and needed a pet friendly hotel for two nights, close to airport. The Comfort Inn Montreal Aeroport was a good choice. The hotel has many grassy areas around where we were able to take the dogs for walks. Our room was very clean, the beds probably the most comfortable hotel beds we ever experienced, on the soft-comfy side, not hard. The included breakfast had enough options to choose from. We also appreciated the included fare for the taxi from and to the airport. There is no restaurant inside the hotel, but there are stores around to buy what you need.

Didn't get what I paid for

Ordered a king sized bed checked in and only given a Queen... told that they king was unavailable, no effort to contact me prior ... didn't compensate for the price difference saying as it was booked through Expedia, it is beyond their control. Room smelt of chlorine... they don't have a pool.

This was beyond our control and thankfully we were able to accommodate you with a different room type - I am sorry to hear that this was no adequate.
