Close to relatives who live in Pointe Claire

Pros: Location
Cons: Complimentary case of one dozen bottles of Malt Scotch.
Location: Close to relatives who couldn't accommodate us due to a family gathering. We will stay again under a similar situation. Even with no Scotch!!!
A one night stay which was very comfortable. Lobby staff were professional, polite and welcoming.

Great until breakfast

Pros: The location and the room.
Cons: Breakfast in the restaurant
The hotel was very getting an above average rating until I got to breakfast. It is great to have an à la carte menu, but then you need staff to serve! There was only one man to do everything. Ten minutes after arrival I was still waiting for a menu and coffee. Once he got to me, the meal arrived fast from the kitchen, but the fruit were missing from the plate and the potatoes were burnt.

The only complain were the amenities. A mini bottle of shampooing for 5 people does not work fine. Loved the room. The restaurant not so much. Very poorly menu with a street menu and luxe prices.

Have stayed many times over the last 25 years

Pros: Quiet
Cons: Need to pave their parking lot
Location: Very convenient to great restaurants in the area and close to downtown
Always a consistently good experience, Roomy, quiet, clean.

Good location!!

Pros: Excellent location for various visits and events in Montreal
Cons: Please read above!!
Room was extremely warm (hot!!), even with the AC at maximum. Ventilation system was extremely noisy. We were issued the smallest room on the floor, behind the elevator shafts, room no. 311!!! Why!! No closet, clothes bar, ironing board and iron hanging from rack on wall next to the bed, a bit plain, I must say. Matress would need replacing, very soft and bouncy. Though we did not mention these issues with the staff, we feel that they are basic hotel guest standards that should be met!!

A week out of town for work

I stayed in the suite for a week. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Only downside is that there isn't many take out (delivery) restaurants nearby so you more or less have to drive for dinner.

Pros: Cleaniness and polite satff.
Good clean environment but the air conditioner was too noisy. Also access to parking lot was hard to get to from the highway.
