Upon entering my room, I noticed a piece of paper on the floor. I picked it up to find the previous guest bill with all of his information, first and last name, home address etc.. Soon after I grabbed the ice bucket to put some ice in for our drinks. After looking inside I see a half used bar of soap...Open the fridge to put our drinks away and there was a burrito in the freezer...Apparently cleaning the room isn't something this hotel believes in...

I do want to sincerely apologize for the problems you experienced with your room during your stay here as we do try our hardest to provide the cleanest, most enjoyable and comfortable stay for our each and every one of our guests. I assure you we will address these issues with our staff so that problems alike do not occur in the future. I do hope that you will return to our brand and give IHG another chance.
