Staff didn’t check the number of room keys when I checked out. With her reminder, I would not need to return to hotel from Tai Koo to return the room key

The best things about the Hotel Panorama are the incredible views and location. We stayed in a Family Gold Suite with panoramic views from the room and bathroom. The room was small for our family of 4 including 2 large teenagers but we managed. There were a few hiccups with the service when we first arrived - took a long time to get us more than the 2 towels originally provided and our phone to call down for service wasn’t working. However they made it up to us and after that all was fine. The breakfast buffet was pricey but had a large variety of food to choose from and again there were those great views. Skygarden was nice to go up to and enjoy the views at night. It was a quick and easy walk to metro and Avenue of the Stars for amazing views of Victoria Harbor and evening light show. Easy to walk to Star Ferry and get over to Central. We got the Octopus card and used the very efficient metro system to get around. As long as you can deal with a few hiccups here and there, the location and views will not disappoint.

Expedia is horrible online agent which does not advice properly on client needs. They only interested to close the deal. The hotel room is very small. There is literally zero walking space when extra bed is open and the bed is in front of the toilet!!!! The room is also smelly. The toilet is very small. The sink size is so small! Horrible hotel and Horrible EXPEDIA!!!

Property location was good but their service was poor/disappointing. Room was not ready yet when we arrived they charged us again for room upgrade and for another small bed. For me they charged too much overpriced for a small room/bathroom. Never ever come back to this hotel again.
