Building is old, but room is remodeled and nice and clean. A lot more reasonable than hotels around station.

研究学園都市駅近くでの仕事で利用させて貰いました。目の前の道路が一方方向しか行けませんが次の信号を左折すれば一本道なのでとても便利でした。外観やセキュリティは古いですが部屋の中はリフォームされていて綺麗でした。ただ隣の生活騒音だけは建物の構造上かなり✖︎です。車両移動仕事での宿泊には十分です。道路の向かいが天下一品なのもGOOD

Free Bread & coffee service is good. A little inconvenience site but it is known in advance. Noise of an air conditioner in the room and from another room (flush of toilet and shower) was loud so I could not slept well.

行きはすでに夜だったこともありタクシーで行きましたが、つくば駅から約15分と徒歩圏内のホテルでした。大通り沿いにあるので迷うこともありません。 部屋は最小限のものしかありませんが、同フロアにバスローブなど置いてありました。 浴槽付とありましたが、シャワーのみでした。改装した結果そうなったのかもしれませんが、浴槽が欲しい方もいると思うので、改訂した方がよいと思います。 シャワールームは広く使い勝手が良かったので、狭いユニットバスよりも私は好きでした。 また壁が薄いようで、隣の声がはっきり聞こえました。 格安でしたので、このお値段であればアリだと思います。

コロナ前とは変わったところもあるが、変わらずに冷えたお水のボトルを頂けて嬉しかったです。 今回は初めて筑波山側だったので、窓からの景色も堪能させて戴きました。 毎回、残念に思うのは、目の前に大きい商業施設があるのに道を渡るための信号までかなり距離があることです。散歩しながらのんびり行くならいいですが、人によっては歯がゆい思いをするかもしれません。

清潔で必要十分
部屋は広くはありませんが、必要十分で清潔です。大雨での宿泊でしたが、遮音性もまあまああり、快適でした。

お値段以上に満足
フロントの人が良い人で一人でも安心して宿泊することができました。部屋は6階でしたが、綺麗に清掃もしてあったし、隣の部屋の音も気にならず、ぐっすり眠ることができました。
