“The unit was clean, the lady on check in was very nice and friendly. It was perfect for a family and parking was shaded. The reliable hot water was a nice touch, WiFi strength was ok and although not adjacent to malls or national restaurants - it’s close enough to drive. Also very close to Tondaligan Beach and the Catholic Church. The minor caveat was they didn’t know I made a reservation but luckily the unit wasn’t reserved for someone else so we waited a bit for the unit to be readied. ”

“Everything was great, except the room had a smell to it. Probably plumbing issues, where it smells like sewer.”

“No door or curtain at the shower so it was always flooding the bathroom and no hooks or shelves anywhere to put things. Aircon was good and cold.”

“I won’t stay there any more. Linen were wornout, towels were discolored, mosquitos & ants all over the room, defective shower, toilet was clogged & after declogging it goes back to slow drain again. It’s way below my expectation. I don’t why you are doing business with this kind of property. ”

“Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. ”

“This hotel is close to perfect. It is beautiful, the staff are accomodating, and its right next to wright park. The beds also have like 4 pillows each, the tvs have airplay, and the water pressure is great. But I could not figure out how to get hot water. So this place is good for a night, not long term stay. Breakfast was pretty good, with a great view on the top floor, but the music had ads.”

“I would recommend this property to anyone Staff was always ready and willing to help with anything, great rooms with good a/c And nice clean pool. Quite little hotel, I will be going back forsure”
