I booked the room 2 days before and was promised two beds. First night I was there he said my reservation doesn’t exist I showed him that I paid and showed the itinerary to him he disagreed. Finally gave me a room claiming it’s the only one and the room was freezing I go back to him and he said the heat doesn’t work I’ll switch your room in the morning and I had no where to go it was 4am. The next day they gave me another room. The second room the blankets were torn and had holes in them. The bathroom door was broken and holes in it. I went back to the office he was rude and said if I didn’t like it I can leave. I told to refund me and I’d be gladly to leave and he said no.

Service was terrible, construction right outside of the hotel, extremely rude staff, area was downright unsafe, rooms smelled like smoke(both cigarette and weed), cockroaches everywhere…avoid this place like the plague.

This hotel is the nastiness i have ever came across. Burn marks on the tub and sinks. Needs to be repainted and also a few more repairs. I will never pay them $85.00 to stay in a hole inthe wall hotel. Carpet wasn't safe either. Please avoid. Not a great deal either. I really want my money back.

Room was dirty, not just a few things it was nasty dirty!Told the man at the front desk and he said “it’s okay you won’t take a shower tonight because it’s late, I will get someone to come clean tomorrow!!” It was late but we ended up going to get cleaning stuff and cleaned ourselves and nothing was ever done! People hanging around all hours of the night! Worst experience ever! Will definitely take our business somewhere different next time

Bathroom needs serious remodeling. Tub covered in old paint drippings, shower knobs falling off, bathroom door doesn't close. Why the hell is the floor leaning in RM 110? I mean seriously the floor is uneven enough that simply walking across the floor causes the drawers to open on dresser and desk. Desk clerk cold and unfriendly. I mean if having guest check in and out is such a bother then just close the hotel. Bed spreads covered in holes and burn marks, sheets smell funny, and dirty sinks. Readers run away from the money dump. It's bad service, filth, and disrepair you are paying for.

It’s really a run down hotel .. dirty towels and they only give you like 2 small towels. I really feel they are floor towels.

The staff is very friendly. The location is convenient and close to a lot of things ATL has to offer. They keep the rooms clean and there are no bugs so that a huge plus for me!!! I would definitely return

The toilet had a leak, the bed frame stuck out, me and my toddler hit our leg on it causing a wound. I brought these issues to the staffs attention and they immediately tried to fix the issue the best they could by putting a towel on the floor of the bathroom and wrapping towels around the protruding frame. Walls and doors were thin so naturally you could hear everyone who walked by and their conversations. Upon leaving I realized my son left his beloved toy, when we rushed back to the room to get it to my surprised they were straightening out the same linen me and my baby just slept on. I only imagined if it was a long night of sex on it would they have done the same. I hope they don’t do that to every bed’s linen because they seemed very comfortable to do it then.

I would advise that no one stay here. I book for my business and this was the first and last time I will book here for my company. The condition of this place is deployable. Smoke detector hanging off the wall (not sure if it works or not), shower head broken w/water coming out of the hole, pee on the tub. Closet shelf broken along with the phone. I wouldn't allow my worst enemy to stay here. Why be in the business if you have no intentions of maintaining your property. This is equivalent to a slum lord property. This place needs to be condemned.

Noon check out time
Room was clean and in good condition. Staff was nice and checked to make sure everything was fine. 12 pm check out was the best part since most hotels check out is 11 am.
