Pros: Not the Front Desk Clerk
Cons: Better Training for the staff you have to greet your customers with a better attitude and smile as you engage in a conversation with them.
Location: The Tuscon Airport was nearby
The front desk an older female I believe hear name was Pennie was Rude, and Disrepectful and very slow at processing the customers the were waiting to check in at the hotel. The front desk clerk can make or break you stay at the hotel she looked like to brought all her problem from home to work didn't even crack a smile or talked polite to the customers. I almost went next door to the Hilton Hotel to checked in to get a room there as I was waiting to get booked in at the Baymont, even though I had already paid for and booked my room at the Baymont three day in advanced. The free breakfast was a Joke it only had scramble eggs and you can make a waffle but that's all there was no meat selections like bacon or sausages or even potatoes to go with your eggs. Oh yes they did have free coffee "WoW"

Close to airport but rooms are not very comfortabl

Hotel is nice , staff is very happy and helpful but rooms are kinda old and dirty pool is small

Pros: Clean, quiet,(well, given it's proximity to the airport), safe.
Cons: The bathrooms are very small, but then again, the rooms are larger than average
Location: The location is ok. South Tucson has the best Mexican restaurants in the U.S., San Javier del Bac is a beautiful mission.
This hotel is a fair value for the money. Although including taxes etc., it is substantially more than advertised on Expedia, it was clean, safe, and reasonably quiet. The breakfast is mediocre, but the rooms are better than average. The shower is small but then again I didn't stay there to bathe in mineral springs.I'm going back to Tucson soon and will stay there again. .

Pros: Clean carpets, clean linen, clean towels and larger than most, easy to operate remote TV controller for DirTV. Clean pool water, hotter spa most types
Cons: Steak and Lobster for breakfast? ..probably won't happen at any hotel...
Location: So close to airport you could walk it in 5 min.. several eating places just blocks away.
I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was.. I was allowed to check in early, the room was clean and quiet, the pool clean and spa worked enough to reduce soreness from the recent self move I had completed traveling across half of the USA, staying at several hotels along the way.. this one was the nicest. The staff was most helpful and even provided a shuttle ride to the airport with in 10 minutes of request. Breakfast was more than the typical basic continental type you usually get at some other hotels. This hotel was very affordable and relaxing.

close to the airport

Pros: close proximity to airport
Cons: customer service improvements with staff - shuttle driver, front desk personnel when checking out. he refused to print a copy of my bill.
Location: close to airport
Hotel check in was okay. Room was hot, air-conditioning was not on when i arrived after 7:00 pm. It took approximately half an hour to cool off. The carpet appeared dirty. Shuttle service was lacking The driver did not load my bags, which was an issue as i just had surgery.

By the airport and quiet

Beds were fine. Room was spacious. Hotel needs updating. But clean. Faucet on sink was broken and the bathroom was gross. Mold on the ceiling in shower. Outdated wallpaper peeling off and grout separated all over. You can probably find better for your $$.
