Stay away.

First, the freeway exit ramp was closed due to construction work. There was, of course, no notice from the hotel or Hotels.com. about this. The other issue was that the detour was very convoluted and there was an extreme level of frustration in even finding the hotel. It sure was nice that the brain trust at the hotel posted directions AT the hotel. They need to know that once you find the hotel the customer probably figured it out. We found our room. For this price level the room was dirty and below par. The tub was filthy. The "fitness" center was tiny and 3 of the machines barely functioned. The pool was tiny. We arrived mid-day but wanted to sleep because we just travelled 1,300+ miles. Housekeeping was blasting their radio which prevented us from sleeping. I was apprehensive about saying anything for fear of retribution. Overall, just a real disappointing experience.

Very nice hotel!!

Outstanding hotel. Former Comfort In which has been completely and beautifully updated by Best Western. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Very quiet. Super check-in and out. Adequate, accessible parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Ok, but not what the photos show.

It was supposed to be a Best Western Plus, but it was a bit of a minus. Older, not updated, probably had bed bug problems. Mattress had bed bug covers, so makes you think. It was not what the photos made it look like. It was just OK.

Easy access from interstate when exit is re-opened

Major road construction taking place so exit off the interstate to the hotel is not accessible at this time. Hotel wifi was intermittent. Difficulty staying connected to it. Breakfast was very good and coffee, tea, water, and home baked cookies in the lobby were appreciated. Would stay here again but not until the road construction was completed.

Good palace to close to shopping, the road construction in area was a little hard to get in and out of area. Friendly Staff Pool little dirty but overall clean place to stay.

Spring break 2017

Great hotel! We have absolutely no complaints, other than the road construction out front. Makes getting in and out a little inconvenient.

Tucson Vacation

Pros: Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.
Cons: Nothing that the hotel can control but the road construction made the stay at the hotel less than enjoyable.
Location: Hotel was far from most things to do such as the Sonora Desert Museum, Sabino Canyon, and other site seeing attractions.
Hotel was nice, however due to road construction closing the Ina Road off ramp from I-10 we had a hard time reaching the hotel. Until the road work is completed, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tucson.
