They charges me twice, and nobody say sorry

I pre-paid the room with my debit card a few days before I stayed there, but when they put my credit card on file they charges me again letting me with less than half of my budget for my entire trip, I complained immediately but since it was weekend my bank couldn't do anything, I never heard a single word from the manager not even an explanation ... I figured everything out by my self...I just got a sorry from the receptionist....

I so apologize for the miss understanding! The first charge was verifying that the funds would be available. I am sure when you check you statement, you will see that Expedia only charge you once. Because when you book through a third party, we bill their credit card. Again sorry for the misunderstanding. We are always here to serve our guests.
