The Internet connection didn't work in our work. They have wireless, but the strength or configuration was such that our room was out of reach. That alone is a deal-breaker. To top things off, after two days, our two keys stopped working so we had to walk back to reception for new keys. Than walking into our room at 7:00 pm, we were greeted by an un-made room with dirty towels. I called front desk and they had no staff available to make our room but did send us fresh towels. We checked out the next morning, one day early. I'll never be back there, that's for sure.
