Very Noisy hotel

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Service at the desk. No construction above occupied rooms. Keep laundry room carts IN the laundry room and not in the walkways.
Location: Far from everything
We arrived before check in time so we sat to wait until time. Before the time several others arrived and were checked in to their rooms while we still waited. Our room was two doors down from the hotel laundry room where they washed all of the bedding and towels. There were always large carts in the walkway in front of this room we had to move or walk around to get to our room. When maids arrived for their room cleaning duties they sat outside this room talking loudly before they moved on to clean rooms. Above our room they were doing remodeling or construction and there was LOUD construction noise.We complained to the desk 3 times with no results. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel

Cons: pool cleaning time
Location: shopping
everything was good, just they clean the pool on Friday at 17:00, would be better clean the pool in night time or another day with less people around. The hotel is Good!!

Accommodating in many ways

Pros: accommodating an friendly
Cons: in taking the shuttle, one front desk individual was inconsiderate, but that is part of human nature also no shuttle service from the hotel
Location: plenty of sites to visit
Great breakfast, manager's special of grilled supper, happy hour, held boxes shipped and nice mannerism

Beds were super comfy, room was clean and I hope they continue to serve hot breakfast and social hour.

Staff great. Room was cleaned every day. No washcloths left in room. Sink did not drain removed the stopper. Shower had no showerhead just a make shift spout. Nice breakfast each morning

Carpet in our room.

Pros: The staff was great, they bend over to make your stay comfortable. Our housekeepers were great. Not sure whether we will stay at the end of Sept.2017.
Cons: The rooms.
Every time we vacation we have stayed at the Best Western on Oracle Rd. The carpet in our room #157 was so dirty that it was black. We ruined several pairs of socks and had to throw my new slippers away before we left. I mentioned this problem as I was checking out. I was told the the hotelrooms are getting new carpet, and appliances. I hope so.

Cons: loud night time activity, disturbing
overall service and cleanliness was very good, but there was a lot of loud activity from other travelers, wish they would monitor for quietness

not very happy

Cons: better training for staff and upgrades on the appearence of the room. no sink in bathroom. had to go into bedroom to was hands after using bathroom.
Location: was not there long enough to check as we had to travel 45 min to be with family
arrived at best western in tucson to find that the suite that i booked was in very poor condition (shabby) and the room my son booked which was a general room only had a murphy bed. this was unacceptable so they put him in a room that was being painted at the time he walked into the room. after 1 night we informed hotel check in we would be leaving after 2 nights since we were not happy and the hotel was too far from family we were visiting 45 min away. my son paid the bill for 2 rooms for 2 nights. upon checking my bank account, the hotel put charges not only on my sons account for almost 1400.00 plus the $400.00 he already paid at check out they also charged my account for $755.65 twice for A TOTAL OF $1511.30. this was very frightening and i notified the bank to stop the charges. my son had to do this as well. I will never recomend this hotel. eventually everything was straightened out but we were told we had to wait for a manager for monday. meanwhile the charges stayed on the account over the weekend.

Nana, When you check into a hotel, your stay is authorized for the entire stay. Not one night at a time. So your stay and your sons stay was authorized for your entire stay. You chose to check out early and at that point your stay is charged. The remaining balance is released and it is up to your bank to release those funds to you. The Murphy bed suite is described and there are pictures on the website that show it is a Murphy bed. Thank you for your stay at Best Western Tucson Foothills

Room was clean, service good, my husband thought breakfast was good, paper thin walls, neighbors had a dog..very noisy outside Probably won't stay here again...just too noisy thanks

My apologies for the inconvenience. We do have desk agents here 24/7 that could have helped with the dog barking. We have guidelines for Pets and issue one warning to owners.
