Room was clean and comfortable. TV was excellent, even saw our local team playing live in Premier league, although they lost. Facilities were good

great Hotel close to the Univ..... very friendly

Pros: the friendly peop;e
Cons: that they remind me to bring my swim trunks next time , the pool looked very inviting
Location: I was there to visit my grand son at the Univ. have lunch with him and this location fit all my needs
in one word "easy". I arrived a couple hours early of check in time ,ask if it would be possible to check in early and was able to. the girl behind the desk was very accommodating, and called the room as I was getting settled in to make sure every thing was ok. the room I was in was great ,comfortable, clean I would stay in this hotel again any time I am in Tucson. ERT

Disappointing

They failed to mention that there was construction going on at the hotel during our stay. There a train tracks nearby and you hear the trains all night long. They allow smoking outside the rooms and you can smell the cigarette smoke in the rooms. The beds seemed old and we're very hard.

Nice, older hotel

Pros: Room was clean and nicely furnished.
Cons: Bathroom is a little small.
Location: Saguaro National Park and Sonora Desert Museum.
Older hotel in good condition. Room was clean and in good condition. Re-modeled recently. Unfortunately, housekeeping had turned off the air conditioner, so our room temperature was 93F. It took at least 5 hours for the temperature in the room to drop to 80F. We did mention this at the front desk at check out. We were told that the the AC should have been on. Only real complaint is that parking is limited and very inconvenient if you are located on the second floor behind the pool. It can make it difficult for families traveling with heavy luggage, as there is no elevator.

Cons: If they could move the whole property to a different location...
Hotel is great but location is not so good. Nice pool kept clean, friendly staff. Offers a really nice breakfast!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice to have the pool for evening swim. Complimentary cooked breakfast each morning.

Loved birds chirping on the outside trees!

Stayed for three nights and the stay was Good. I loved birds chirping on the outside trees but could not withstand the honking of moving trains many times for ten minutes throughout the nights. This honking made to wake up many times in the night. These honkings would kill the hotel business. The owner should contact the rail officials and find out what is the reason for all the trains to honk at the same spot. Looks like a faulty signal ahead that has to be taken care of. Front desk was very friendly and courteous. Complimentary breakfast at the attached restaurant is good.
