They had a cyber attack so weren’t taking cards but still nice stay. Due to not having as many guests they should have upgraded our room I thought.

The room was clean and comfortable. We ate at 2 restaurants and both meals were quite good. The only issue was TV and internet were a bit on/off, but we were warned at checkin about the issue, so it somewhat expected...

Loved that the pool and hot tubs were located right off our elevator. The fire pits were a nice bonus. Enjoyed the golf on a previous stay but did not have time this trip. The Italian restaurant was our favorite.

Upon check in the management told us the WIFI has been out for 2 weeks, and they don't know when it would be fixed. The property was cash only. Zero service at the pool. I would NEVER go to this hotel or Tucson ever again in my life. Town is a DUMP !!!

They had issues with there systems. No TV no internet wifi and couldn't use credit or debit cards anywhere on property. Staff was very unapologetic for the down system and services. They kept insisting it wasn’t their fault. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

We really enjoyed our trip to Casino del Sol. However there were a few concerns like non-working phones to communicate with front desk staff and technology/internet issues. We know it made it challenging for staff as well.

This is a beautiful and elegant property. Staff is great and so is the food. Everything from the rooms, to the massages (which were some of the best we’ve ever had) to the room service were reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

At the end of checking in, the hotel staff said that internet service in the room was unavailable, that only local TV stations were available, that there was no phone service, and that the casino could only take cash. We couldn't get ANY TV channels at all in our room. The next morning when we tried the shower, the "hot/cold" lever was difficult to operate and the "hot/cold" notations on the metal plate were upside down. When we rotated the plate so the labels would be right-side-up, the plate came away from the wall so we just pushed it back in and notified the hotel staff at checkout. We decided to check out a day early because of lack of internet/TV/phone services.

Check in was great. Their computers were down but we still checked in quickly. But our room hadn't been vacuumed for a while. Paper and dirt on floor, coffee maker didn’t work, just little things that staff shouldn't be missed.

We stayed 5 nights and except for the last day we had no access to our room unless a staff member opened the door so we had to wait each time for someone. All transactions in the hotel dining, shopping... had to be done we cash only. Many slot machine were out of service or got stucked with your money so we had to wait for 20 to 30 minutes for somewhat to show up to retrieve the refund from the machine. No points were earned for playing either so there was not much fun playing in the casino which was the main reason for us deciding to stay in that hotel. The Management/hotel owners did not even bother to provide some sort of compensation to at least those of us staying in the hotel for several nights considering that we had already paid for our stay and did not have another option but to stay there. The room was nice but could use some updating. Nowadays that we all carry mobile devices usb ports for plugging our electronic devices are at most, even lower budget hotels have usb ports in the room but not in the Casino del Sol Hotel and Resort..We traveled all the way from Florida to go there and it was a complete disappointment.

During the time we stayed there, their network had been broken for more than a week, there was no wifi, no key forb, no credit card transaction. We had to wait to have a staff walk us to the room and open the door for us. The restaurants re doing cash only. The cleaners didn't exchange our shampoo and body wash. The only thing that was nice is the pool.

We had a great stay at Casino del Sol. They maintain cleanliness in all areas of the hotel. The restaurant options were great. We had dinner at the PY Steakhouse, great food and service. The only downside was their system was down for 4 days when we checked in, so key card was not available and every time we go to our room we’ll have to ask a staff to walk us to our room, and cash basis only in most restaurants inside the hotel. Other than that it was a great stay!
