The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean but the front door, the weather stripping was almost gone and you could see the light through it. It felt a little unsafe. Overall if it’s a quick stay it’s a solid option.

Area was good for near by food. The wall are pretty thin and could hear the neighbors and everything in the hallway. Staff wasn’t very friendly, the owner worked the counter most of the time and when asked for extra towels he gave me attitude and asked how many the room already had and said that was enough. It was cheap to stay but probably won’t stay again

Hotel staff very accommodating. Breakfast was ok - bagel, eggs, hash browns, cereal, coffee, oj. A few restaurants and a bar within walking distance.

Staff all friendly. Clean rooms. Decent little breakfast, although a meat instead of white hash browns would have been better. The only negative is that the walls are a bit thin. You could hear the voices next door.

Cheated us out of refund. Had reservations for z7nights stayed 3 and expedia wouldn’t help us get our refund either. We are appalled by both. The door handle was loose and the safety latch was missing. There were loud partiers into the night, the drain plugs were missing, the exhaust fan ducting was left open, the bedside lights electrical chord was exposed causing them to not work very poor upkeep.

The room had an overwhelming smell, possibly like Pine-Sol, but it was horribly overbearing. There was clearly a part of my floor by the bed that had never been vacuumed- it was covered with crumbs and an old fork. There were no outlets near the bed for charging anything; one of the lamps near the bed didn’t work; and the shower didn’t work properly either, as most of the water was still coming out of the faucet instead of the shower head. I tried to cancelled my reservation for night to, and was told only a manager could approve a refund and they would be in the next day. However, when I went in the next day, the front desk told me that the manager doesn’t work that day and I couldn’t get my money back.

Because of a 2 rating, i was skeptical but the price was good. Surprise, surprise! It was very clean, quiet and everything one would need for a place to sleep. I will stay again and do recommend it.

The property is very dated but clean. The breakfast included was very poor. There was no coffee, no bread for toast, no fruit....etc. We had to flag someone down to get replenishment.....and again when those ran out.

The woman at the desk was caring and friendly. She helped us get the door of the room open. The property was farther from Tucson than we realized. The sounds of the neighboring rooms was very loud especially when the neighbors used the shower.

The view of the mountains and area was really pretty. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was really friendly and check in was quick. I expected more out of the room for the price we paid (I did not get room I booked online). It did what we needed which was a place to sleep but the condition of the room was not the best and the bathroom definitely had its issues. If you need a place to just lay your head at night for traveling purposes it will do.
