Hotel nice but needed some upkeepPosted Jan 21, 2016
Pros: The rooms were comfortable and the accessibility features were good.
Cons: The general cleanliness of the room's rug.
First - we booked this through Expedia but when we arrive they did not have a record of our reservation. We were travelling for two weeks and this reservation was the only one I made where I did not pay for it at the time, but chose the option of paying at check-in. I'm not sure if this made the difference. So, having arrived and no reservation, the woman at the front desk was very helpful. We wanted the king-size suite with handicap access. She had one in the building back behind the swimming pool. The rug in the entry way/front room of the suite had water stains all over it. The room itself was clean and comfortable. TVs in each room with a door to close between them. This hotel offers breakfast but it is not free like other hotels. However, it is a very nice breakfast bar. The woman gave us complimentary breakfast because of the problem with our reservation. I would absolutely stay here again. Hopefully not by the pool. Since it was the middle of January, it wasn't an issue, but in the summer it might be noisy in the room we stayed in, closest to the pool.

Hotel almost empty. Limited food service in a somewhat remote area.

Great staff; hotel itself has seen better daysPosted Nov 5, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel has seen better days but is still acceptable. All the staff was great: friendly and helpful. It is a reasonable place to stay but don't expect more than that.

Don't stay herePosted Oct 31, 2015 on Hotels
This complex is under construction & according to staff it started a year ago. They have minimum people on duty & limited services including their restaurant. When we wanted to talk to the front desk, 3 out of 4 times no one was on duty. The hallway on the 2nd floor in building B smelled & everything was coming apart. The distance from the office to the elevator was long & we are elderly.

The hotel seems a little dated, but the service and cleanliness was great!
