It’s quite old. At night, the air condition was turned off for the nights we stayed there. This is a big no to me and I don’t understand why the hotel does that. The room got so hot and got stuffed at night.

This property was built a while back and may seem dated to some, but it is well maintained with large rooms and a beautiful courtyard hidden from street views. Very safe and quiet. Friendly staff. Lots of breakfast items to choose from.

I only like that there's a lot of restaurants in the area and a lot of shopping in the area. But this place is very outdated. The room smelled very muggy. One of the chairs was so stained it was ridiculous we didn't even sit on it. It was very noisy as well. Ladies and gentlemen find somewhere else to stay because for the price I think you can get a better place than this one

Got wet! We were in a room on the third floor and it rained overnight. I thought the spot my foot hit in bed was cold but it was wet because the ceiling leaked. I had my clothes laid out for the morning, and those got wet too. Had to dry my jeans with the blow dryer. Notified management and for 1,000 Hilton points for my trouble. Fair? Dunno. Other than that, the room was huge, beds were comfy. On site restaurant was mediocre (and I had to walk back into the kitchen to find the server when we went for dinner). Breakfast was better.

Our family enjoyed our stay at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton in Tucson-Williams Center. Staff was very friendly. The suite was clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub.

It is the best place we have stayed in Tucson, where we often go to visit family. One bad thing was that our room was not cleaned after being away all day. In the evening, though it took a few hours, clean towels were delivered to our room.

Overall, our stay was great. Nothing the hotel can do about this but others should be aware… We were parked by Gate 4 and we believe it was homeless people fighting in the ditch tunnel right near our car. It was awful and scared our kids quite a bit. They didn’t feel safe. My husband and I talked with them but it was pretty bad to listen to.

The restaurant has a severely limited menu. As a business traveler your days are long & the convenience of a in hotel cafe is a necessity. On the other hand the complimentary breakfast buffet is superior in comparison to other Brand Hotels I've stayed at.

We paid 300 dollars for 1 night and had water leakage from the roof for entire night. Requested for refund but hotel declined as we booked through Expedia.

we choose the hotel for the size of the suite, however the furniture and carpets were dirty and stained. We were booked in by vrbo thru expedia, after a glitch with the vrbo apt . we only stayed one night. Staff were helpful, and kind.

It saddens me to type this because the staff is great. The property it self could use a bet of love first room the toilet did not work was move to a second room with double bed instead of king. The bed cover had a stain on it did not see it until the next morning when it was light. The hinges to the room were loose and the shower curtain was torn on top where the curtain rod goes. This is an old property that could use facelift. Good and beverage options were not up to par I met the new F&B and we talked about the menu briefly and she is in the process of working on it. Hopefully when I visit next time I would be impressed considering it is what I do for living. Again very nice lady and I am sure she will do an excellent job. I do appreciate the fact I was provided with Hilton points as in good faith also.

What a great stay. The king suite was very spacious with two separate areas. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Pool and hot tub were great. Staff was very helpful at check in. Free breakfast was oke of the better continental breakfasts we have had. Overall very pleased with our stay

Great rooms. Clean and nice looking. If your room has not been cleaned up by 1pm….. call them (now I know…. Our room wasn’t cleaned, but my friend’s was), they probably skipped your room. We enjoyed our stay.

On check in the room we booked was not available so an upgrade was offered which we took as it was late. The room was nice, we really needed 2 beds though, not a suite with one bed and a pullout. Our daughter found sleeping on the couch more comfortable than pulling it out. Because of our needs this was actually a downgrade but it is what it is. Otherwise the room was generally fine. The bed was ok, not great but the pillows and bedding were very comfortable. There were plenty of outlets and charging ports. The shower toilet area was tiny, almost closet size. The grounds were very comfortable. Unfortunantly, the pool and hot tub were closed the full day that we were there. They looked clean and well cared for though. The staff were very gracious and friendly.

This is an older hotel that has been well maintained and updated for the most part. Office staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. Fairly easy to access as long as you know where you are going.

It is hard to believe Hilton would put their name on this property. The first room we had, the sheets had brown stains, one bed had a used Kleenex between the sheets, and there was a vape pen on the sofa. The room had dust on all services, and the thermostat did not work. It also had a lot of street noise, even though we had asked for a quiet room. The front desk manager offered to put us in another room, and we agreed. The second room was a bit cleaner, but the sheets for the sofa bed still had some substance on it, and one of the other beds had yellow stains on the sheets. The grounds were attractive, and the front desk manager (Alan) was very nice. but we would not stay here again. The property is a "split level," so you must walk up or down stairs to get anywhere. The hairdryer was strong, which was nice, and the shower wasn't low-flow, so we appreciated that. But the bathroom was TINY, and we didn't like having the sink in the bedroom. The ceiling of the room (both rooms) also felt lower than normal. The bed was up against the wall on one side, so my husband had to climb down to the foot of the bed to get out. The fitness center was small but fine, with good equipment (including a Pelaton bike). And there was a water cooler, but it was not hooked up to anything and had no water in it! I had read great reviews about the free breakfast, but it was disappointing. At one point we had to wait because they were out of knives and forks. Basic food, but blah.

I am also sorry you were disappointed with the set up in the room the hotel was built a very long time ago and was all great new design at that time.

Overall not suitable for families with children - cockroaches dead and alive - dusty curtains - stained carpets - clogged bathtubs Old, and mismanaged…don’t stay here if you have children. I wouldn’t stay here in the future even if I am paid to stay here!
