It is hard to believe Hilton would put their name on this property. The first room we had, the sheets had brown stains, one bed had a used Kleenex between the sheets, and there was a vape pen on the sofa. The room had dust on all services, and the thermostat did not work. It also had a lot of street noise, even though we had asked for a quiet room. The front desk manager offered to put us in another room, and we agreed.
The second room was a bit cleaner, but the sheets for the sofa bed still had some substance on it, and one of the other beds had yellow stains on the sheets.
The grounds were attractive, and the front desk manager (Alan) was very nice. but we would not stay here again. The property is a "split level," so you must walk up or down stairs to get anywhere. The hairdryer was strong, which was nice, and the shower wasn't low-flow, so we appreciated that. But the bathroom was TINY, and we didn't like having the sink in the bedroom. The ceiling of the room (both rooms) also felt lower than normal. The bed was up against the wall on one side, so my husband had to climb down to the foot of the bed to get out.
The fitness center was small but fine, with good equipment (including a Pelaton bike). And there was a water cooler, but it was not hooked up to anything and had no water in it!
I had read great reviews about the free breakfast, but it was disappointing. At one point we had to wait because they were out of knives and forks. Basic food, but blah.
