Nice cheap hotel

The hotel was inexpensive, but it was nice. The clerk in the office was very friendly. It is close to the U of A.

Close to downtown

Cold shower

Third floor walk up was challenging with luggage. Room was ok, but in the morning discovered there was no hot water for a shower. Manager's response was "I have hot water here"..... not helpful

The cleanliness of the room, cigarette butts left behind from previous guest. Hair in the sheets, which to me was an indication that were not changed. Breakfast consist of bagels, no fruit cereal and juice. Torn carpet. Old soap bars that broke a part as soon as you opened the plastic wrapper, cigarette wholes in the comforter and extremely hard towels.
