Close to the hospital

Run down place, only good for short sleep to visit love ones in the hospital

Pros: Safety: I liked the easy traffic access and the not "busy" shrubbery in parking lot. Room: I liked the abundance of flat work surfaces.
Cons: Bed Pillows: Offer softer bed pillows.
Location: (See EXPERIENCE above).
My 2-day event was at a nearby hotel also chosen for the nearby variety of shopping and eatery opportunities. The day prior to check-in I stopped by ESA and was shown a model room; requested and received a ground level/front room; front parking lot lighting was excellent; kitchenette was a great and unexpected amenity. I was able to tell 35 friends (at event) about my good stay at ESA. At check out I allowed myself to get distracted by the disgruntled person in front of me...enough so that I forgot to mention my AARP membership. However, I was impressed by the professionalism of staff.

Horrible room condition. Hives broke out due to rooms had pets stayed there. Carpet sticky onto shoes. Old and not clean. Did not stay there and hotel did not refund money either. Would have gone to hospital if spent the night!!
