Nice property. Only complaint was the barking dog in one of the rooms near ours, but can't really blame the hotel for some guests being inconsiderate.

I had a very friendly welcome while checking in. The front desk employee was pleasant to talk with. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean the facility was. My room was clean and the pool was nice. I’m very picky about cleanliness so this was a great experience. I definitely will be returning.

The staff were friendly, helpful, amiable. We arrived early and the staff helped us out by holding onto some of my medications so they wouldn't be in the sun while we picked up our cousin from the airport. Unfortunately, her room had to be changed due the carpet having to be cleaned at the last minute. This meant we didn't get an adjoining room for her. We enjoy the breakfasts, which vary slightly every day. The rooms are clean and pleasantly decorated. I love the comfortable beds!

The last 5 visits, every room I’ve stayed in have had collapsed mattresses. No matter if it’s a king room, two queens, or a sweet, every mattress has been the same…time to invest in new mattresses for the rooms. A good nights sleep is the main reason a room is rented, after all, other than that the hotel staff has always been great!

Although the room is a bit crowded, the lobby is large and inviting. They had delicious chocolate cookies available at check-in. Yum!

This was our second stay here. This time we had a suite and it was very spacious. The key card was flaky - we had to get two reprogrammed.

Was rudely informed at check in that I would be charged $50 for my pet. I was not aware of this charge and have never been charge a "pet fee" when saying at this chain. When I questioned the charge the front desk employee stated "you'd pay a lot more anywhere else."

Great family hotel
Room was clean and very spacious. We stayed in a suit with a king bedroom and a pull out couch. The room had a table with 4 chairs, a desk, a small fridge and microwave. The breakfast was hot it included protien like bacon or sausage and waffles in addition to muffins, juice cofee.

Overall great, well- maintained property. Close to Catalina state park and Sabino canyon that we explored on this trip. Good breakfast. We enjoyed jacuzzi and heated pool, as well as finally did laundry on our long trip.

Overall, we liked this Hampton Inn. Easy check in. Clean room, comfortable bed. Pet friendly, front desk loves dogs. Breakfast was hot, scrambled eggs and oatmeal were perfect. 24 hour coffee bar in lobby was great, clean and stocked. Pool and hot tub heated and outside. Our only complaint during our stay was the building structure. The walls are thin, we could hear whenever our neighbors flushed a toilet, took a shower or watched an action movie on the tv. Surprisingly thin walls for what seems to be a newer building.

We really appreciated the clean, quiet room and the exceptionally comfortable bed! The breakfast eggs or omelets were great. It would be nice if they could have some gluten-free bread available for those who cannot eat wheat (Some Best Western hotels do!).

No water upon arrival. They managed that then no hot water next morning and told there wouldn't be for 48 hours Difficulties getting adjustments to prices and $50 resort fee. Never again

Unfortunately, this particular reservation was made through a third-party booking platform, and as a result, we are unable to modify the rates as per the Expedia reservation policy. It is important to note that our establishment does not impose any resort fees. However, we do place a 50 incidental hold to cover any additional charges that may be incurred during your stay. This hold will be released within 3-5 business days. If you would like, we can provide you with a receipt confirming the release of the 50 on our end. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further inquiries.

Great staff and comfortable stay but the room was very outdated it had an old smell plus the air conditioner made a loud noise everytime it turned on as well as the old ceiling fan. I hope they make renovations to those rooms becuase they are not modern or welcoming.
