Not very good

The room was very muggy, and the floor and sheets felt sticky because of the humidity inside. Was not impressed at all

Pros: The location is easily accessible from the highway and hotel staff is accommodateting.
Cons: Hotel room and appliances and pest elimination.
The late check-in process and staff is pleasant. The room had a moth on the ceiling and the air conditioner had stopped working so we had to move to another room, which was pleasant but that air conditioner was also leaking water on the carpet. We've been told in the morning that it is the normal way! ? Also, it is a non smoking hotel yet the floors smelled like owls smoke coming from the air mixed with mold.

convenient to I 10 in Tucson.

I've stayed at Grant Hampton Tucson many times. This time, I noticed that there are several things that need some maintenance, but overall the hotel is still clean and quiet and accommodating: nice room for a fair price. The breakfasts are good. Parking is not always as close as I would like (60+y/o woman). I would stay there again.

I always stay at Hampton Inn. I love them. However, this time beds where not clean. Hotel staff took a long time to simply move us to another room that was three doors down, after they had promised to change the sheets and had us waiting in the hall with our luggage. The next day, after we talke to the manager, the manager acted as if it was not the first time that happened and, seemed as she just did not care. I am very disappointed.

Lacking attention to detail

Overall, a nice experience; friendly staff, clean facility. However, the desk chair back was broken (quite obvious), no iron in room, and mediocre breakfast buffet. OK place to stay for a night or two.

No frills hotel in not so great spot

Pros: Over all we've stayed at worse places. Staff very nice. Dated but clean venue with adequate facilities.
Cons: Beds. Very bad sleeping. Hard and lumpy. Parking. Not enough and not a great feel to what was there.
Location: Best thing we did nearby was Old Tucson movie studio. Great fun. Just about 10 minutes over the hill.
We were happy enough with the breakfast buffet although the lack of a good deal on room rates was obviously to pick up buffet. While hotel seemed secure and tidy, the location had much to be desired. Crumbing parking lot with a guard needed was not a good thing. Beds were well past their service life with huge center lumps and tilts. And while they hotel had been upgraded, things like an old elevator system and an over all dated look didn't help.

Nice Hotel Right Off the Interstate

Pros: The staff & the cleanliness.
Cons: Fix the heater.
Location: Right off the I-10.
The staff was very nice & helpful. The hotel is updated and very clean & our room was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the highway. Our room had two beds, so there wasn't a lot of extra room but it was fine. The breakfast was better than a lot of "free" hotel breakfasts and there is a Waffle House directly across the street so you can walk there if you want something different. The only problem we had was that the heater went a little crazy and the room got way too warm, so we just turned it off completely and it was fine. All in all we were very happy and would stay there again.

Hotel bien ubicado junto a salida de Tucson

El personal de recepción desaliñado. Dicen que son suites y no lo son. el desayuno muy pobre. lo mismo: huevo en polvo ¿porque no usar natural? Alguien me rayó mi camioneta (auto) supongo que fue al salir la otra persona del estacionamiento.
