Nice but...Posted Mar 3, 2018
Hotel staff member got into a big fight with a guest. I don’t know what was going on but it was very frightening to be in the lobby while both were dropping f-bombs and making threats. Very unprofessional in the part of the hotel staff member.

Disappointing for a Holiday Inn HotelPosted Jan 14, 2018
Cons: The service standards by hotel staff and maintenance staff, the bedding needs to be upgrades.
Location: The location was not an issue, perfectly situated for our stay.
Unresponsive staff, did not answer desk phone, repair that needed to be made to bathroom sink never happened. Musty smelling room, uncomfortable bed and the list could go on.

Pros: good location
Breakfast was average at best . Shower could not be adjusted and was like being under a hose. The elevator only worked 1 day of our 5 day stay

Nice clean mainted place but won't stay againPosted Nov 22, 2017 on Hotels
This hotel was a nice place that was clean and well maintained. My husband and I decided to splurge and stay at a bit nicer place than normal. The three things that we were willing to pay more for were a hot tub, comfortable bed and a good breakfast. The hot tub jets were not working but were being fixed the day we left. At least the hot tub was nice and warm and clean. The bed was not comfortable at all. It felt like a cheap mattress at a cheap motel. It was very hard and bouncy so that I felt every move my husband made. A thick mattress pad would have been a big help on it. The last thing was breakfast. I expected more "real" food and not upscale processed food. The yogurt was good quality and the cereal better quality than a cheaper motel but it was almost all carbohydrate junk. Cinnamon rolls, pancakes, etc. They did have some hot food - eggs and different kinds of meat but it was those plastic scrambled eggs and not so good sausage patties and some kind of gravy. I was expecting better. If those things are not important to you, then you'll be fine staying here. I just felt it wasn't worth the extra dollars spent. The location of the hotel is great.
